Wang,Sen(王森)＇s Picture before Imprisonment
Wang, Sen is the leader of China Democracy Party’ Sichuan branch. On Nov. 23, 2000, in Dazhou city of Sichuan Province, more than 5,000 workers of Qinghua Steel General Factory protested against government’s requirement to stop the operation of the factory, and factory has to resign workers unconditionally; the protest activities suffered from authorities’ suppression and a couple of worker representatives were arrested. Afterwards, in December 2000, Sen Wang led CDP members in Sichuan and posted protest flyers all over the Dazhou Streets, requiring unconditional release of work representatives. He was arrested because of that, and was sentenced for 10 years by CCP.
Wang, Sen, a primary person of Sichuan CDP members, was sentenced in the name of inciting and overthrowing the Chinese Communist government; he suffered from diabetes in prison and his life was in danger. His family members requested medical parole, but the request was rejected by the authorities. Other people in the society also began to pay attention to Wang, Sen’s destiny. Ms. Wei, Xinyu, his wife, paid a visit to him and found out that Wang, Sen was as thin as a wooden stick; because he lost 25 kilograms compared with his previous weight of 70 kilograms. Wang, Sen looks pale and faint. Ms. Wei revealed to the public that he was so thin that could hardly be described. His ankles were as small as my wrists, which was very terrible. His face was pale, and his body suffered from atony, which indicates his condition is very bad.
Ms. Wei also said that the condition of prison hospital is very bad, and the hospital charged a lot of medical fees; she had been providing financial support for two children and didn’t have stable earnings; moreover, she also had to pay more than 2000 RMB to support Wang, Sen in prison thus she was unable to pay for extra charges. Besides, she had already paid more than 1000 RMB medical fees to the prison, but Wang, Sen’s health condition was not improved. Hence, she has already requested for medical parole, but the prison not only denied her request, but also warned her of keeping silent, otherwise she would take any possible consequences by herself.
As a matter of fact, Wang, Sen’s illness totally resulted from unbearable torture in prison. Mr. Deng, Yongliang, who was once detained in the same lockup with Wang, Sen, told us that Hu, Mingjun, who was imprisoned with Wang, Sen, always suffered from confinement. He said that at least four people were confined in the prison last year. They told that prison staffs treated political criminals very badly and often confined, such as Wang, Sen, Mingjun Hu and etc. They met each other and wouldn’t be able to say much before they were confined. Hu, Mingjun are bold enough to say something.When we sent something to Hu, Mingjun, the items always were returned.
CDP members of Sichuan branch, six of them were confined in prison and sentenced seriously, such as Liu, Xianbin, Hu, Mingjun, She, Wanbao and Ou, Yangyi. CDP member exposed in Sichuan were sentenced heavily. Other dissidents from Sichuan Province who have been heavily sentenced are Li, Bifeng, Huang, Qi, Li, Zhi, with two others’ names unknown, who has been kept for more than 30 years in Chuanzhong prison in the name of political criminals dated back to the Cultural Revolution.
In December, 2000, Wang, Sen, a primary representative CDP member in Sichuan Branch, was sentenced heavily for ten years in prison in the name of inciting and overthrowing state power.
Wang, Sen was released on July 2,2010.

中国民主黨四川黨部的領袖，在2000年11月23日四川省達州市青花鋼鐵總廠，全廠五千多工人抗議政府宣布該廠關停，廠方要無條件的辭退工人，抗議活動遭到鎮壓，數名工人代表被捕。 之後在2000年12月，王森帶領四川的一些民主黨成員，在達州市街頭貼滿抗議書，要求無條件釋放工人代表而被捕，被中共判刑十年。
被中國政府以煽動顛覆罪判刑十年的四川民主黨主要人物王森在獄中患糖尿病，生命垂危，他的家屬要求保外就醫，但被當局拒絕。外界也開始關注王森的命運。王森的妻子魏心玉去獄中探視他，發現王森骨瘦如柴，與他以往一百四十斤的身軀比較，瘦了五十斤，並且面色蒼白，渾身無力，魏女士对外透露：他看起來很瘦很瘦，瘦的無法形容，看起來很可怕，腳踝好像有我的手腕這樣小，看起來真的是很傷心，很可怕，臉蒼白，渾身無力，現在情況很不好，沒辦法。
魏女士还表示，由於監獄醫院條件差，收費又昂貴，她帶者兩個孩子生活，又沒有穩定的收入，一年還要向監獄繳納二千多元王森的生活費，根本沒辦法支付額外的費用。她之前已向監獄繳納了一千多元的醫療費，但王森的病情仍沒有明顯的好轉，因此，她之前已向監獄提出保外就醫的請求，但監獄不僅拒絕她，還警告她說不能把王森的事情告訴任何人，否則後果自負。
其實，王森的病情完全是在獄中受到非人折磨的結果，曾與王森一起關在拘留所的一位民運人士鄧永亮向本台表示，與王森關在一起的還有因同樣原因被判刑入罪的胡明君，他們在獄中經常被關禁閉，他說：去年經常在監獄裡面關在一起的起碼有四人，他們就跟我說了，監獄裡面的政治犯待遇非常差，動不動就關禁閉，像王森、胡明君他們都是被關禁閉，兩個人見了面，說了幾句話就被關禁閉，少則七、八日，多則一個月，胡明君他有膽能言，我們外面給胡明君寄東西去，政府不給寄，都被退回來了。
四川省中国民主黨人士，有六位關在監獄中，並且被判重刑。中国民主黨黨员有六個被判重刑，還有劉賢斌、胡明君、佘萬寶、歐陽懿，四川被暴露的中国民主黨黨员全部被判的最重的刑。 被判刑的其他四川異議人士還包括李畢峰（音）、黃崎、李志（音），還有兩位不知姓名，在川中監獄關了三十多年的文革時期的政治犯。
2000年12月，中国民主党四川党部负责人王森先生被中共政府以煽动颠覆罪判刑10年。
2010年7月2日，王森先生被释放出狱。 |
