A Profile of Mr. Ning, Xianhua, the vice chairman of China Democracy Party of Liaoning branch
Mr. Ning, Xianhua, the vice chairman of China Democracy party of Liaoning branch, was born in 1961 in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. His current address is NO.40 Nenjiang Street, Huanggutun District, Shenyang City. He once was a construction worker. Indictment and verdict of CCP government persist that Mr. Ning, Xianhua sent political manuscripts overseas and received indication and support from overseas organizations during the period of 2001-2003, trying to destroy consolidated political situations. CCP government charged that Ning, Xianhua and Kong, Youping set up CDP Liaoning branch and took charge of CDP Liaoning branch leaders, aimed at overthrowing state power. CCP government also charged that they often scatter and incite discontented mood and schemed to organize independent labor union, trying to overthrow CCP regime and overturn CCP government.
Mr. Ning, Xianhua was sentenced to 12 years by CCP authorities due to “overturning the state's political power” on Sep. 16, 2004.

中国民主党辽宁党部副主席宁先华，1961年出生在辽宁省沈阳市人，现住址：沈阳市皇姑区嫩江街40号。他是一名建筑公司工人。中共政府的起诉书和判决书认定宁先华在2001年至2003年期间，向境外组织发传政治文稿，并接受境外组织的指令和资助，企图安定团结的政治局面。指控宁先华和孔佑平一起，组建中国民主党辽宁省党部，并担任中国民主党辽宁省党部领导人，其目的是颠覆国家政权；指控他们经常散布和煽动对中共政府的不满情绪，策划组织成立独立工会，企图以此推翻中共政权、颠覆中国政府。
宁先华在2004年9月16日被中共当局以“颠覆国家政权罪”判处12年重刑。
