Lv, Xinhua was born on Aug. 1, 1972. He holds different opinions with China mainland and is one of the founders of China Democracy Party Hubei District.
In 1977 he led local peasants to boycott unreasonable tax and suffered suppression by CCP authorities. Ultimately, he was forced to be homeless.
In 1998 he knows Qin, Yongmin and participated in human rights observation and organized CDP in Hubei District. During this period of time, he was illegally suspected, summoned, searched home, monitored to live, and arrested for 96 days.
In 1999, he participated in local basic-level election and opposed autocracy. Ultimately, he failed.
