At 2:00 pm of April 12, 2010, about 120 China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union members held a large rally before the White House in Washington DC. The rally is named “Eliminate CCP’s One-party Dictatorship! Establish a Democratic China!” Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, publisher of “China Democracy Journal” Mr. Jun Wang made an important speech in the rally.
The White House is the place where the president of USA administrates. The US president is elected by all US citizens. His power comes from the grants of American people and constitution. The president has to protect the federal constitution and laws made by the US Congress. Besides, president’s power also comes from the political system of America. USA is the typical country which applies presidential multi-party democracy. The presidential political system decides that the master of White House is the leader of this nation and government as well. Because there is no prime minister position exists in the system, president has to take all the responsibilities of an administration leader. As we all know, US President is the supreme commander of America’s army, navy and air force. He is the administrator responsible for all federal affairs as well. Any bills passed by the US Congress have to been signed by the president. President has the rights to nominate and appoint government officials. Though the officials have to be acknowledged by the Congress, the power to appoint officials depends on the US President.

Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, publisher of “China Democracy Journal” Mr. Jun Wang said in the rally that China is an autocratic country. The chairman of government is not elected by people. Instead, the party leader of CCP replaces chairman of nation. The CCP authority’s one-party dictatorship has ruled the society of China for over 60 decades. CCP places itself over laws for a long time. The interests of party surpass these of the nation or the people. CCP authority has totally gone away from the restrictions of people’s supervision and laws. Officials are arrogant and corruptive. Chinese people have no human rights and freedom. They can’t hold rally to openly express their needs for freedom and human rights. The International Nuclear Summit participated by leaders from many countries is held in Washington DC of USA today. We can freely hold rallies before the White House and the police even provide protection on us. Can we imagine holding rallies before Zhongnanhai in Beijing, China. Impossible!
Jun Wang pointed out, CCP authority persecutes people for long. China Democracy Party members, rights defenders, dissents and religionists are arrested. Among these people, Falun learners are severely and persistently persecuted. China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union will continuously support Falun learners to practice Falun as they want. Meanwhile, we also protest CCP’s force demolition of residents’ houses before Shanghai World Expo, supporting Shanghai petitioners to ask for justice.
