Jun Wang: Google and Yahoo, a Nation at a Side
-------Support Google’s Claim of Internet Freedom and Reveal Yahoo’s Evil Act
Author:
Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union
Mr. Jun Wang
From “Beijing Spring” 2010 No.5 Issue

On April 12, 2010, Mr.Jun Wang took picture before the White House in Washington DC.
On January 12, 2010, the first chair legal officer of Google Mr. Drummond published an article on his blog, saying that “Google” suffered many internet attacks and planed to retreat from China. This article caused great disturbance. “Google” expresses their discovery of some “Targeted Attacks” aimed at their company’s basis facilities. These attacks came from inland China. The main targets of these attacks are the email accounts of many Chinese democrats. “Google” finds out most attacks not successful. However, two email accounts have been invaded.
This incident didn’t end at this point. After many twists, until March 22, 2010, “Google” was forced to announce that its website in China will stop censoring the searching results of its search engine from March 22. This Google.cn website service machine will be moved to Hong Kong. All internet users visiting Google.cn will be led to this new and uncensored Google.com.hk website. According Google, the Google.com.hk will use simplified Chinese to provide convenience for users from inland China. Meanwhile, “Google” company hopes the government of China could respect this decision made by “Google”. The White House and US State Department express consequently: “Google” makes this determination completely according to the company’s own benefits.
After “Google” company announced this decision, the person in charge of the Press Office of China’s Administration Council remarked incidentally, pointing out that foreign companies must obey China’s laws when operate in China. Google violates its written promises made when it entered China, stopped infiltrating information from its search engine and blame China for hack attacks. All these actions are totally wrong. At the same time, the CCP Promotion Department which controls all Chinese media sent out four bans to all media, requiring them to strictly control their reports on four focusing news, including: Rio Tinto’s “Commercial Bribery”, Google’s retreating from China, twitter’s influence on society and deaths of thousands children in Shanxi Province caused by poisonous vaccine.
When Google Company was competing with all these incidents above, Yahoo which is also an American company was in collusion with China’s autocratic power to do large scale on-line spy activities.
In March 2010, the Yahoo email account of some foreign journalists working in mainland China and Taiwan were attacked. Some foreign journalists said that they had no idea of where these hackers come from. To these problems, the spokesman of Yahoo Diana came out and insincerely said: Yahoo Company condemned all internet attacks, no matter where they came from and what intentions they have.
Why we called the saying of Yahoo spokesman Diana insincere? Because we already grasped some evidences to show: Yahoo Company always participated in the hackers and internet spies’ activities. Daina’s talks can only be lies.

Photo: On March 30, 2010, chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, publisher of “China Democracy Journal” Mr.Jun Wang made a speech in rally “Support Google’s claim of internet freedom”.
The exclusive email account of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, cdpwu@yahoo.com was hacked in December of 2009. In the following several months, the technicians of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union website contacted with Yahoo employees many times and recovered the email account codes of cdpwu@yahoo.com more than ten times. Unbelievably, only after a few minutes and hours after technicians of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union website changed the codes of cdpwu@yahoo.com , the account was hacked once again. This kind of “Catch me if you can” game kept on continuing. The hacker claimed himself to be an employee of China’s National Security Department. He followed commands from CCP authority and sent large numbers of threatening messages to Mr. Jun Wang’s cell phone! He also used cdpwu@yahoo.com email account to send much fake information by mails and use it to chat on line with several people. Besides, the hacker sent email to Mr.Jun Wang’s friend inside China in name of him to require 10,000 dollars to specific bank account. All these actions serious harmed the image of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, so was the image of Mr. Jun Wang. Moreover, the inner China development of China Democracy Party is severely destructed. China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union hereby claim: This is a deliberate and target clear online attack incident. China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union condemned this strongly! This evil attack brings inconvenience and misunderstanding to readers and friends. We hereby show our sincere apology!
China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union warn all readers and friends to stop sending emails to the cdpwu@yahoo.com address to China Democracy Party, China Democracy Party World Union and chairman Jun Wang. Friends of our party and newspaper please send emails to China Democracy Party, China Democracy Party World Union and Mr. Jun Wang by the email address: cdpwu1998@gmail.com. Please tell each other, especially members of China Democracy Party. Please don’t use cdpwu@yahoo.com to contact with headquarter of party. Please use cdpwu1998@gmail.com to get in touch with us, so that the security of all members can be confirmed.
This bitter lesson we learnt has been reported on “China Democracy Journal”, which I am the publisher. There were several reports: “Yahoo represents worldwide spy activities for Chinese government” (Issue 24), “Yahoo was suspected of doing terrorism in USA”. We intend to warn all people never to use the dangerous Yahoo email accounts!
“Yahoo represents worldwide spy activities for Chinese government”: Yahoo.com must allow China Communist Government to openly censor all the emails of Yahoo’s clients, including clients’ personal privacy such as bank account and private communication. Yahoo.com takes two specific measures to represent spying for China Communist Government: 1. Yahoo.com will steal clients’ codes and private information and provide them to China Communist Government. 2. Yahoo.com has the responsibility to investigate the true identities of its clients globally and sell them together with contents of emails to China Communist Government. Because Yahoo.com acts on behalf of it, China Communist Government is capable to promote its idea of “True Name on Internet” to the whole world. Therefore, it can monopoly control materials of information from people in world’s all countries. This spying deal actually has influence internationally, not only China and USA. Consequently, the safety boundaries between countries seem useless at all that information from all countries is easily controlled by China Communist Government.
“Yahoo was suspected of doing terrorism in USA”: These terror activities include:
1. Electronic Terrorism 2. Physical Location 3.Threat, Kidnap and Assassinate. One of these terrorist activities is to deadly threat China Democracy Party members in USA. The threats considering me as target are four times. There are over 100 telephone threats.
After these reports made by “China Democracy Journal”, a lot of readers called and wrote to our editors, revealing Yahoo’s illegal actions. Most readers now wish: “China Democracy Journal” can represent the opinion of people and unite with internet victims inside China and overseas to accuse the crime of Yahoo! Company and ask for compensation from Yahoo! [China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, website www.cdpwu.org, E-mail: cdpwu1998@gmail.com,电话:1-(917)-348-5230]
Google and Yahoo are both American companies, but they have become a nation a side on problems of “Internet Freedom”: Google supports freedom, while Yahoo supports slavery. Google goes with peace and Yahoo stands for violence. Google believes in market, but Yahoo takes part in collusion. Google considers clients while Yahoo acts as spy institute… The “A nation a side” has more other features to say.
…
At 11am on March 30, 2010, more than 100 China Democracy Party members went to the front of Chinese Consulate General in New York and held a protest rally in the heavy storm: Support Google’s Claim of Internet Freedom! Strongly Protest CCP Authority’s Control over Speech Freedom! Though we encountered abnormal severe weather, none of the China Democracy Party members retreated. The umbrellas in hands of our party members are blew broken in the fierce wind, the rains stroke onto our faces and bodies. Our clothes were completely wet and the shoes were also full of water. All the CDP members showed their courage and endurance…
I pointed out in the rally that CCP has strengthened control over internet and restrict press and speech freedom on internet. Chinese internet users are limited from accessing much information on the internet. Dissents and rights defenders are blocked from promoting ideas of democracy and freedom on the internet. CCP authority not only supervises the use of internet, but also trains thousands of “Internet Police” to do overall monitor of the internet. Chinese people are restricted in obtaining information from internet because of CCP’s censorship and infiltration. Many internet users in China find more and more websites not able to show up, which shows CCP’s infiltration net is tightening on the so-called “Sensitive Words”. CCP fears the uncontrolled information and use unclearly identified “Harmful Information” as reason to block dissent voices on internet. Besides, internet users inside China are also forbidden from visiting foreign websites. Related work unites and individuals are censored, supervised and dealt with. Internet users who violate CCP’s rules will be arrested and even sentenced by the government.
Google has to make the difficult decision to fulfill its promise to stop censorship and adhere to claim of internet freedom. Google gives up China market and shuts up Google.cn as a result. Though Google has paid the price to guard internet freedom, it has contributed to the healthy development of international internet.
A free and open internet has great influence on promoting world’s civilization and progress. China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union hereby appeal international community to take effective initiatives and place pressure on CCP to stop restrictions and censorship on internet, so internet can healthily develop in China.
