A Rally for“Stop Persecution! Against Violence” was held before the United States Congress
At 3 PM on July 23, 2010, nearly 60 members of Chinese Democracy Party and the China Democracy party World Union went to the United States Capitol to attend a rally, supporting the Falun Gong practitioners and calling on US Government and the international community to put an end to the CCP’s 11 years’ persecution on Falun Gong practitioners. At the mean time, they protest over the CCP’s long-term persecution on the CDP members. They requested to establishe a country based on democracy, freedom, multi-party execution in turn and rule of law.
Mr. Wang, Jun, chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, and proprietor of China Democracy Journal made a speech in front of the U.S. Congress building. He said: “On May 11, 2010, delegation from the China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union attended the US Congress conference of the hearing report on human rights. After only 2 months, we, members of the China Democracy Party come here again to attend the rally. We have 2 purposes. The first is to support the Falun Gong practitioners to oppose persecution and tell the truth, calling on US Government and the international community to put an end to the CCP’s persecution on Falun Gong practitioners; calling on US Government and the international community to put an end to the CCP’s persecution on CDP members. The second purpose is to call on US Government and the international community to pay attention to democratic political reform in China and promote the Chinese society to become a society based on democracy, freedom, multi-party execution in rotation and rule of law.
Ms. Ge, Lifang, a representative from the Chinese League of Victims made a speech in the rally, thanking chairman Wang, Jun, China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union for their great support to the Chinese League of Victim, promising to continue shouting and advocating for the Chinese victims and pursuing justice for the Chinese victims.
