8. On July 3, congratulated the CDP member Wang, Sen was released from prison.
At 11 O’clock on July 27, 2010, about 200 members of the China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union went to the Chinese Consulate General in New York to hold a rally for ““Strongly Request the CCP to Release All Detained CDP Members” and “Congratulate the CDP Member Wang, Sen Was Released from Prison and Join His Family”. Mr. Wang, June, Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union as well as the proprietor of China Democracy Journal participated in the rally and made a speech. Ms. Ge, Lifang, a representative from the Chinese League of Victims attended the rally and made a presentation.
In December, 2000, 44 years old Wang, Sen, a CDP member in charge of the CDP Sichuan Branch, was sentenced to jail for 10 years under the crime of “Subverting Government Authority” by the CCP government. After experiencing inhuman torture in jail, Mr. Wang, Sen was released from the jail and joins his family on July 2, 2010.

Ten years ago, after Wang, Sen was arrested, his family lost a major income resource and all the living burden of the family was laid on his sick wife, Wei, Xinyu. After getting the information, Mr. Wang, June, Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union as well as the proprietor of China Democracy Journal organized members of the CDP to donate USD 750 to her for the first time on December 16, 2004. In the same day, chairman Wang, Jun made a speech in the media, praising Mr. Wang, Sen is an outstanding CDP member and calling up all the overseas CDP members to learn from Mr. Wang, Sen. Chairman Wang, Jun also said the CDP and the CDPWU is strong supporter of all the CDP members, especially all the persecuted ones and their families in P.R. China. In the past 6 years, Mr. Wang, June, Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union as well as the proprietor of China Democracy Journal has transmitted money to Mr. Wang, Sen’s family for more than 10 times. The total amount is about USD8000. Chairman Wang, Jun said Mr. Wang, Sen made great contribution to the Chinese democracy enterprise. Our donation to him is to support the Chinese democracy enterprise!”

Mr. Wang, June, Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union as well as the proprietor of China Democracy Journal made a speech in the rally. He said we want to tell the CCP government that even though the CCP member Wang, Sen was released some months before his due day of imprisonment, another CDP member in Sichuan, Mr. Liu Xianbin was arrested again in the crime of instigating and subverting government authority on June 28, 2010, 4 days before the release of Wang, Sen. We believe Mr. Liu, Xianbin is an average people. Such crime is not reasonable. We strongly condemn the CCP’s terrible behavior of arresting some CDP members while releasing the others at the same time. The China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union require the CCP government to give up violence, stop persecution and establish a good surrounding which respects and protects human rights. At the mean time, they request the CCP government to release all detained CDP members immediately.
Chairman Wang pointed out that the CDP members always insist on principle of peace, reason, and non-violence. They are promoters for democracy, freedom, human rights and rule of law instead of so called people engaging in inverting the government. The target of the CDP members is to end on party autocracy in China and establish a democratic and constitutional one based on multi-party execution on rotation. Such a target totally conforms to the common will of the public and the inevitable trend for the Chinese society to develop into a democratic and free one.
