Rally for “Require Freedom in Religious Belief” in front of the Chinese Consulate General in New York--- Strongly Protest against the CCP’s Long-term Persecution on Religion Activists.

At 11 O’clock on September 7, 2010, about 200 CDP members went to Chinese Consulate General in New York to hold a rally for “Require Freedom in Religious Belief” -- Strongly Protest against the CCP’s Long-term Persecution on Religion Activists. Participants strongly protested against the CCP’s long term persecution on religion activists and practitioners of Falun, Gong! Mr. Wang, Jun the chairman of the China Democratic Party and China Democracy Journal participated in the rally and made a speech.

For the past many years, the Chinese Government strictly controlled the freedom of religious belief and especially set up obstacles for the minority and religious groups which are not government-registered. It has suppressed the Christian family Church, detained and arrested preaching people. Issue of religious freedom has been a problem in China. Religious freedom is an important index to evaluate human right conditions. United States Department of State has pointed out this issue to the leader of the Chinese government. For a long time, in the west China, especially in Tibet and Uighur in Xinjiang, religious freedom of minority has been seriously abused. According to the international non-governmental human rights organizations, the Chinese Government has brutally limited and suppressed peaceful religious activities of Tibetan monks and Uighur Muslims in the name of combating terrorism. In the past 11 years, the Chinese government has completely repressed the Falun Gong practitioners who are in pursuit of “Truthfulness, Benevolence and Forbearance”.

It will promote China to become a Wang Jun said that the Chinese Communist Government tramples on religious freedom, which is a violation of the heart of modern civilization and the violation of human dignity. It is bound to turn the Chinese society into a morally bankrupted one with and extreme floods of social disorder. Due to its leadership in economic reform achievements, the CCP leaders will cause spirituality changes on religious beliefs . They are lack of sufficient advanced foresight and recognition.

China's social and religious freedoms, will inevitably lead to the CCP’s autocratic ideology to disintegrate.
