On Nov 2, 2010 at 11:00 in the morning, more than 200 China Democracy Party members held a rally before China Consulate General in New York. The rally was for “Strongly support Chinese people’s movements of appealing to the higher authorities for help and maintaining legal rights!” “Strongly protest Chinese government’s persecution of people who appeal to the higher authorities for help!”. Chairman of China Democracy Party, Proprietor of “China Democracy Journal” Mr. Wang,Jun attended the rally and made a speech.China’s reform and opening- up has been through several decades, though achievements have been made economically, economic scale is gradually rising in the world ranking, and becomes the second biggest economic entities in the world, relieved hundreds of millions of people from poverty. However, social contradictions in China are very obvious which are shown in lack of equality in the interest distribution system, imbalance of interest distribution, wider income gap; all levels of government savagely takeover of land, demolition of buildings violently, irrational placement compensation; Restructuring of enterprises which cause layoffs and labor tiff; no guaranteed life for veterans; salaries of peasant workers are skimped and defaulted; no independent judiciary system; government and incidents of officials violate human rights are escalating, takeover of land and demolition of buildings are more common. Chinese people have nowhere to appeal, and people’s disgruntlement and anger outburst when they are driven to the wall, when their survival rights are deprived, and when people couldn’t tolerate any more. They want to appeal, to maintain their rights; they want justice back at the cost of blood or even life.

Chairman of China Democracy Party, Proprietor of “China Democracy Journal” Mr. Wang,Jun made a speech at the speech, he pointed out that civilians in Chinese society are vulnerable group, and they live in the lowest level in society. Under the dictatorship of CPC, common people have no human rights; they can only resign themselves to adversity, swallow insult and humiliation silently, and grovel to government officials. Chinese people have enlightened now, they won’t be enslaved and demanded human rights. They will appeal to higher authorities when they have unfair matters. The movement pinpoints to autocracy of CPC. Chinese people can only fight openly and argue strongly, show no more signs of weakness to have justice in their strength.
Wang,Jun said people have no human rights in Chinese society of the time, they couldn’t disclose unfair matters to media. Many people who appeal are put under surveillance and repatriate to native home; disobedient people are arrested and held in custody. China Democracy party thinks the main target of political reform in China is to abandon one-party system, and replace it with multi-party democratic system. People’s movements of appealing to higher authorities for help and maintaining their rights won’t be stopped unless China’s autocracy is solved. China Democracy Party consistently supports Chinese people to appeal to higher authorities for help and maintain their legal rights. China Democracy Party strongly protests persecution of people who appeal to higher authorities for help by Chinese government!
