“China Democracy Journal”: At 11:00am on October 5,2010, over two hundred China Democracy Party members went before Chinese Consulate General in New York to hold a rally. The theme for today’s rally is: Let China Democracy Party step on the political stage! China Democracy Party clearly points out:The only path for political reform in China is implementing multi-party rule democratic system! China Democracy Party chairman and China Democracy Journal publisher Mr. Jun Wang attended the rally and made a speech. China Victims League representative Mrs.Lifang Ge also attended the rally and made a written speech.
CCP’s one-party dictatorship is completely oligarchy monopolized. It’s essentially the same as systems of all dynasties in China’s ancient history.
Presently, CCP’s autocratic power keeps on talking about the dream of communism on one hand and telling lies to cheat Chinese people on the other hand. It uses violence to maintain dictatorial rule. Six decades have passed. Chinese people already wake up. Communism can never be realized. CCP authority intends to use this giant piece of lie to deceive all Chinese in order to protect and continue CCP’s short-living autocratic dictatorship.
Let’s have a look of today’s Chinese society. CCP’s one-party dictatorship has monopolized the nation’s resources. Officials at all government levels utilize power in hands to gain personal interests, embezzle and corrupt. Because the severe distribution unfairness under the autocratic system, there has been a serious income polarization in Chinese society during last six decades. Most ordinary Chinese people live in poverty. CCP’s dictators fighted for power and monopolize power by initiating several political movements. Chinese society suffered long-term ups and downs. Numerous violent and bloody events happened. People’s basic human rights were trampled at most. In the not long period of six decades, over 80 million Chinese died without reasonable causes. At that time, CCP started open up and reform. It proposed a goal “develop economy and let people become rich together”. Three decades passed. Chinese people haven’t reached mutural richness. Ordinary people are still poor and left behind. To CCP, “Let people become rich together” is a mission impossible. This signal slogan once triggered enthusiasm in millions of Chinese has been proven to a beautiful lie.
China Democracy Party chairman and “China Democracy Journal” publisher Mr. Jun Wang pointed out in the rally: The Chinese prime minister Wen, Jiabao has mentioned 6 times about China’s political reform in past 40 days. This is worthy of attention, showing the politics in China has reached a point that reform is urgent. China Democracy Party thinks that the fundamental path for China’s political reform is getting rid of CCP’s one-party dictatorship and implementing multi-party rule democratic system. It can completely eliminate the threats to world’s peace from China’s autocratic and dictatorial power. This is the happiness of Chinese people and a great contribution to the world peace.
Jun Wang said, under democratic system in China, officials at all levels will be elected by people through democratic process. They are granted by people as well. Government and officials should take responsibilities for people. They buying and selling of official titles and the overly concentrated power caused corruption will be overturned. Only under a democratic system, there can be independent law administration, nationalized military, protected national sovereignty and confirmed people’s interests. Government will be prevented from becoming instruments of corruption and privilege. Media freedom and speech freedom can be realized. They can then totally express people have will and play their function to supervise government in order to protect democracy, freedom, human rights and legislation.
Jun Wang pointed out, under democratic system, Chinese government properly deals with relation between government, parties and constitution. Constitution will be the supreme. Any party organization and individual can’t override nation’s constitution. A party intending to enter government must premisely comply with constitution and elected by people to receive acknowledgement. According to constitution, any party is allowed to do campaign and become the administrative party through open and fair election. Therefore, multi-party rule democratic political system completely suits Chinese society. Hereby, we sincerely warn CCP: China Democracy Party has reached the mature time to step on political stage in China. The political reform in China can’t be done without China Democracy Party. The future of a democratic China needs China Democracy Party.

——中国政治改革的唯一出路是实行多党民主制度
2010年10月5日上午11时，近二百名中国民主党成员来到中国驻纽约总领事馆前举行集会,今天的集会主题是：让中国民主党走上中国的执政舞台！中国民主党明确提出：中国政治改革的唯一出路是实行多党轮流执政的民主宪政制度！中国民主党主席、《中国民主报》社社长王军出席了今天的集会并发表讲话。中国冤民大同盟代表葛丽芳女士参加了集会并发表书面讲话。
中共一党专制完全是政治上的寡头垄断，与中国历朝历代专制的本质属性完全一样。今天的中共专制政权一边高唱着共产主义理想，一边用谎言长期欺骗中国人民、用暴力维持其独裁统治。六十多年过去了，中国人民已经觉醒了，共产主义根本不可能实现。中共政权的目的是用这个弥天大谎来欺骗所有的中国人，来保护和延续中共苟延残喘的专制独裁统治。
让我们一起来看一看今天的中国社会，中共一党专制政权垄断了国家所有资源，各级官员利用手中的权力中饱私囊，贪污腐败。由于专制制度下存在严重的分配不公问题，六十多年来，这种体制上的缺陷导致中国社会出现十分严重的贫富两极分化现象，广大的中国普通民众长期处在贫困状态。中共独裁者们为了争权夺利，垄断权力，发动了数次政治运动，使中国社会长期处在动荡不安状态，曾经发生过数不清的暴力与血腥事件，民众的基本人权受到了严重的践踏；在短短的六十年间，超过8000万中国人非正常死亡。曾几何时，中共政府推行改革开放政策，提出了“发展经济，让人民共同走向富裕”的目标。时间又过去了三十年，中国人民并没有共同走向富裕，普通老百姓依然贫穷、落后。对中共来说“让人民共同走向富裕”是一个无法完成的使命，这个曾经让亿万中国人民热血沸腾的标志性口号，再次被证明只是一个美丽的谎言。

中国民主党主席、《中国民主报》社社长王军在集会指出：中国的总理温家宝在过去的40天里，6次提到中国政治改革。这是一件令人关注事情，说明了中国的政治到了非改革不可的地步。中国民主党认为，中国政治改革的根本出路在于摆脱“中共一党专制”的政治体制，实行多党轮流执政的民主宪政制度，只有如此，才能还政于民，落实人民当家作主，实现名副其实的民主国家。中国能够走上多党轮流执政的民主道路，就能根本上消除中国的专制独裁势力对世界和平的威胁，这是中国人民莫大的福祉，更是对世界和平的贡献。
王军说，中国在民主制度下，各级官员真正通过人民的民主选举产生，由人民来授权；政府与官员必须向人民负责，由此改变中共一党专制下的买官卖官、官员权力过于集中而出现贪污腐败横行的种种弊端。中国也只有在民主制度下，才能实行司法独立，军队国家化，保护国家主权，保障人民利益，防止政府权力成为官员贪污腐败、维护特权的工具；实现新闻媒体自由和言论自由，充分表达人民意志，发挥新闻媒体的舆论监督作用，防治腐败，保障民主、自由、人权和法治。
王军指出，民主制度下的中国政府一定能够解决好政府、政党、宪法三者之间的关系，确保宪法至上，任何政党、组织和个人都不能凌驾于国家宪法之上。一个政党要想进入政府执政，就必须在遵守宪法的情况下，通过人民的选举，得到人民的认可；任何政党都可以宪法的框架下进行公开、公平、公正的竞选成为执政党。由此说明，多党轮流执政的民主政治制度完全适合于中国社会。在此，我们要郑重地告诫中共：中国民主党走上中国的执政舞台的时机和条件已经完全成熟；中国的政治改革离不开中国民主党；民主中国的未来更离不开中国民主党。
