Promotion of the year “Against forced demolition of CCP, request improvement of human rights in China”

At 11:00 am on Jan 4, 2011, chairman of China Democracy Party, proprietor of “China Democracy Journal” lead more than two hundred CDP members to the front of Chinese Consulate General and had the first rally in 2011, and launched the Promotion of the year “Against forced demolition of CCP, request improvement of human rights in China”.

At 11:00 am on Jan 4, 2011, chairman of China Democracy Party, proprietor of “China Democracy Journal” lead more than two hundred CDP members to the front of Chinese Consulate General and had the first rally in 2011, strongly protest forced demolition of people’s houses! And launched the Promotion of the year “Against forced demolition of CCP, request improvement of human rights in China”. Wang,Jun made important speech at the rally. The League of Chinese Victims rep. Ge,Lifang attended the rally and made speech.
The land and real estate market have long been monopolied by government, regulations governing house demolition and resettlement in urban areas are not rationally carried out, but evolved to forced and violent demolition. Facing violent demolition, facing violance of self-interests, common people feel helpless, some people have to move out the house they rely on, some people use all kinds of means to fight violent demolition of the government, resulting in bloodshed incidents, it can be said that Chinese style demolition is a history with tears of blood and tragedy of the Chinese society. Many people are familiar with violent demolition, demolition personnel with helmets, knives and sticks, and even excvavtors……Common people fight against violent demolition with their lives and bodies to keep their houses. No matter how hard they fight, or helpless cries, or even bloodshed, they have nothing to do but being removed forcefully. The ultimate result is their houses are teared down and turned to debris.
CCP officials lured by huge interests shows ruthless indifference for people’s pains and demolished houses. Officials do nothing when interests and human rights of common people are trampled, and we can’t help to ask: When CCP advocates establishing a harmonious society, is it people-orientd or interest-oriented?
Picture 2. Wang,Jun pointed out, similar violent demolition and violance of human rights occur very often, the source lies in preveliged power over law of CCP. Violent demolition is unbearable for a civilized and legal society, to totally eradicate violent demolition has to find ways on the social system, and improve political system and judicial system.
Picture 3. The League of Chinese Victims rep. Ge,Lifang attended the rally and made speech of “strongly protest CCP violent robbery of property and persecution of common people".She thanked CDP chairman Wang,Jun's support and demanded release of all imprisoned victims!

Chairman of China Democracy Party, proprietor of “China Democracy Journal” Wang,Jun said at the rally, in the process of urban renewal, development and construction, forced demolition, violent demolition are common, and become even more violent. Violent demolition brings chaos and unstability to Chinese society. Especially two years ago, CCP demolished many houses by force to hold the “Better city, better life” Shanghai Expo, created many bloody incidents and many victims, victims are forced to appeal, and get justice. Victims in Shanghai still haven’t get compensated and haven’t get justice, their sufferings are just a miniature of forced demolition by CCP.
Wang,Jun pointed out, though human rights notions have entered China for many years, human rights conscience of Chinese people are gradually enlightening; however, similar violent demolition and violance of human rights occur very often, the source lies in preveliged power over law of CCP. Violent demolition is unbearable for a civilized and legal society, to totally eradicate violent demolition has to find ways on the social system, and improve political system and judicial system. CCP should stop violent demolition, improve demolition policies, and abandon irrational demolition articles, replace “rule of men” with “rule of law”, let all government actions be restricted and supervised by law. At the same time, strictly abide by “Universal Declaration of Human rights” issued by UN, and realize the promise to improve human rights in China.
