Rally of “Strongly protest CCP persecuted CDP member Li,Hong to death!”
Picture 1. At 11:00 am on Jan 25, 2011, CDP members went to the front of Chinese Consulate General in N.Y. and held a rally, strongly protested CCP persecuted CDP member Li,Hong to death! Calling on the Chinese government to abide by “Universal declaration of human rights” issued by U.N., stop persecution of people who maintain legal rights, dissidents, and religious people; stop persecution of CDP members.

At 11:00 am on Jan 25, 2011, more than two hundred CDP members went to the Chinese Consulate General in NY and held a rally despite the snow, strongly protest CCP persecuted CDP member Li,Hong to death! Requesting harsh punishment of murderer! Compensating Li,Hong’s family so he may rest in peace in his grave! Calling on the CCP to abide by “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” issued by UN, stop persecution of CDP members; stop persecution of people who maintain legal rights, dissidents and religious people. Chairman of China Democracy Party, properitor of “China Democracy Journal” made speech at the rally. Rep of Chinese Victims League Ms Ge,Lifang attended the rally and made speech.
Li,Hong’s death caused by persecution of CCP showed aggregation of persecution for CDP members! International society should pay attention to the brutal facts that CDP members are persecuted by CCP!

On March 19, 2010, Li,Hong was sentenced six years of “inciting subversion of state power” by CCP, and suffered inhumane torture and persecution in the prison, and had rare neuron disease in the short 3 months. Li,Hong’s wife Dong,Min started to apply for being released on parole for medical treatment, but hadn’t been approved. Start from Jan, 2009, Li,Hong had lost the ability of self-governing, hospital controlled by CCP said his illness can’t be treated, and did not agree to let Li,Hong get released on parole for medical treatment, it was leaving him in the lurch and killed him on purpose! Li,Hong didn’t get in time treatment, his whole body had muscular atrophy and endangered his life. His wife Dong,Min and family requested several times to get him treatment, but CCP ignored endangered Li,Hong and delayed his treatment. In June, 2010, the prison informed his family and had outside treatment until his was in critical condition, his wife and family delivered him to the secondary hospital of Ningbo, Zhejiang.
The CCP was ruthless and cruelly put Li,Hong to death……No matter how hard his family tried, they could not save Li,Hong’s life and he was dead on Dec 31, 2010 at the age of 52.

Chairman of China Democracy Party, proprietor of “China Democracy Journal” made speech at the rally, he said, CCP arrested dissident author, CDP member Li,Hong with crime of “inciting subversion of state power” and tortured him to death, which showed regulations in the constitution are just mockery and lies. CCP is a hypocritical government, a government which lies and persecutes people. Li,Hong’s death is a great loss for CDP, his heroic deeds will increase all CDP members and Chinese people who love democracy and freedom to fight for democratic cause in China. Chairman Wang,Jun called on CDP to learn from CDP member Li,Hong, and donate to Li,Hong’s family.
Wang,Jun pointed out that, CDP will ocntinue with the principle of democracy, freedom, human rights and rule of law, stick to principle of openness, equality and justice, rationality, and non-violence. The goal of CDP is not to take control of the regime in China by violence, but through peaceful and rational ways, through election and constitutionalism and walk on the political stage, let China have a democratic and free system which can have supervision and restriction roles; the aim of CDP is to build China to a democratic country with constitutionalism. Then can Chinese people enjoy the environment with human rights, freedom, safety and comfort, and have space of human rights and freedom, and guide Chinese people to prosperity.
CDP strongly protest CCP persecuted CDP member to death! Calling on the Chinese government to stop persecution of CDP members; stop persecution of people who maintain legal rights, dissidents and religious people. Improvement of human rights in China not only rely on the constitution, but also rule of law by independent judiciary to improve human rights in China. Let us unite and work hand by hand to inherit unfinished cause of Li,Hong, and struggle for ending one
At 4:00 pm on Jan 25, 2011, members of CDP actively responded to Wang,Jun’s call, and donated to Li,Hong’s family. Chairman Wang,Jun praised those CDP members for their humanitarian deeds.
Picture 6. The goal of CDP is not to take control of regime by violence, but thorough peaceful, rational ways, through election and constitutionalism to let CDP walk on the political stage. Let China own a democratic and free system with supervision and restriction; CDP’s aim is to establish a democratic constitutionalism in China.
