Abolish dictatorship! Realize democracy! Guarantee human rights! These are trend of the history and also peaceful cause the international society is trying to realize! As the international society is condemning Libya dictator Gaddafi, Wu,Bangguo voiced his anti-democracy and surprised the world!
At 9:am on March 10, 2011, the fourth session of the Standing Committee of the 11th Natonal People’s Congress held the second plenary meeting at the Great Hall of the People, and listened to NPC Standing Committee work report by Wu,Bangguo, chairman of the standing committee of the national people＇s congress.
Wu,Bangguo at this time surprised all. He said: Proceed from China’s actual conditions, I solemnly claim we won’t have multi-party revolving door system, won’t have multiple guiding principles, won’t have separation of power and bicameral system, won’t have federalism and won’t have privatization.

For me, no multi-party revolving door system, no multiple guiding principles, no separation of power and bicameral system, no federalism are conversational rut and the key is no privatization. This under the current situation in the country pierced to hearts of propertied class, and meant to make them bankruptcy.
I remembered that Xinhua website once had a news on June 8, 2010, that experts said accumulation of wealth in China passed America: 1% of Chinese families control 41.4% wealth in China! Among 1% Chinese families, most of them are bureaucrat-capitalist class, and the so-called “crown prince party”.
What’s the evidence for that?
Professor Zhao,Xiao, from management dept. in Beijing Technology University pointed out in article “91% of people who own millions of assets in mainland China are children of high-ranking officials”, that up till March, 2008, personal property that have over 50 million assets exceed 27,000 people; 3,200 people own assets over 10 millions, 2,900 of them are children of high-ranking officials, they own assets over 100 billion. When prove the origin of their assets, the wealth are generated from family background and illegal gains. A new evidence is, just in today, the top ten economic women in mainland China was issued, daughter of former premier Li,Peng is on top!
Compared to that, what’s the income of common people? According to the sixth employee investigation analysis by national union, income of 0.775 billion people only account for 29% of GDP in 2008, and the average income is 11,277 Yuan.
We can see from that comparison, Wu,Bangguo’s claim point to families with 41.4% wealth in China, and pointed to 3,200 people with assets over 100 million, which includes 2,900 children of high-ranking officials and crown prince party. In other words, Wu,Bangguo pointed to crown prince party.
Wu,Bangguo claimed not to have privatization, isn’t it to announce property of crown prince party are illegal? Is it to claim members of crown prince party are criminals of stealing national treasury?
The answer is not so simple. Wu,Bangguo himself is father of the crown prince party, how can he confiscate properties of his children?
Even if Wu,Bangguo is selfless, his superiors and colleges won’t agree to what he said.
People will ask: what happened in Beijing that Wu,Bangguo’s claim can write to the report?
For me, because the social crisis in China is at white heat, he is eager to shift the blame onto others, he couldn’t take care of other things and has to draw the line with crown prince party, and cover up the truth with cloak of no privatization:
Family assets over 100 million has 3200 people, 2900 of them are children of high-ranking officials, they own assets over 200 billion Yuan. At the same time, the masses have to bear inflation and become destitute and homeless.
Wu,Bangguo leaped away in fright, would that be of any help for CCP to get rid of current crisis? I don’t think so. Social conflicts in China have accumulated for too long.
Li,Shi, professor of Income distribution and poverty research center in Beijing Teacher’s university conducted 4 surveys since 1980. According to his research, income gap between the top 10% group and the lowest 10% group has rise to 23 times in 2007 from 7.3 times in 1988.
Currently income ratio of urban and rural residents reach to 3.3 times; income gap between industries are more obvious, the top and the lowest has up to 15 times gap; income gap between different groups are widening, directors in state-owned enterprises have 18 times difference with front line employees, state owned enterprises and average income has 128 times gap. Up till the end of 2008, pension of retired officials is 2.1 times than enterprises, pension of government agencies is 1.8 times than enterprises.
Because of that, in recent years university graduates have been fighting to receive salaries from government, even appeared thousands of people compete for one position. Such reliance on resources monopolized by autocratic government, violates market principles of equal opportunity and free competition, twisted income distribution. The serious systematic corruption and monopoly of resources deprive development and competition opportunities of most people.
To push political democracy, restricts all powers within legal borers, let common people get equal access to competition, let them own more choices and development space, thus can solve unequal income distribution and wide gap between the rich and the poor.
To reach that point, CCP has to return power to people, and carry out democracy. If CCP doesn’t return power to people and carry out democracy, its’ inevitable for CCP to utterly discredited politically, bankrupt economically, and repent ideologically.
Wu,Bangguo claimed to not have privatization, and the government has no guarantee for common people! No guarantee for propertied classes, including crown prince party!
