Falungong Solemnly Celebrated the 12th Anniversary of April 25th Peace Petition
It is the 12th anniversary of April 25th peace petition this year. Falungong trainees around the global celebrated this anniversary around April 25th in various ways. On April 23rd, 2011, Saturday, Falungong members in New York U.S and some democratic organizations celebrated the 12th anniversary of April 25th peace petition in Flushing in the rain.
Twelve years ago, April 25th, 1999, tens of thousands of Falungong members went to Beijing State Council for peace petition after the Central Communist Party’s brutal suppression and arrest of Falungong members in Tianjin, requesting a free environment to practice their belief. Soon after, Central Communist’s leader Jiang, Zemin started the cruel persecution of Falungong.
After Chinese Communist Party’s comprehensive repression of Falungong on July 20, 1999, it is been 12 years that Falungong has been suppressed continuously and a number of its members have lost their life. For all these years, Falungong members have kept their kind-heartedness and perseverance which was shown as of the peace petition on April 25th and told the truth to people all over the world. As the result of 12 years of fight back against suppression on Falungong members, people from many countries and regions believe that Falungong is the perfect example of peaceful and rational fight-back.
As of today, the justified actions by many Falungong members have made more and more people see the truth. There is not much time left for the evil Chinese Communist Party and the justice has totally favored the right side. On March 16, 2010, U.S Congress has voted for 605 Motion and it was almost a total win. The Motion requests Chinese Communist Government to immediately stop the suppression of Falugong. The conclusion is that the suppression will only be stopped until Chinese Communist Party is disintegrated; all Chinese people will only have a beautiful tomorrow when the Communist Party is disintegrated and the poison from the Party is wiped out.
April 23, 2011 noon, thousands of Falugong members and their supporters gathered and met in Flushing, New York in pouring rain. Heaven Pleasure Group, Kind & Good and Tolerant, the Falungong demonstrations and Midtown Mongolian marched on Main Street and attracted many people’s attention. The marching group arrived at Kissena Blvd behind Flushing Library. The participants gathered here and celebrated the 12th anniversary of April 25th Peace Petition. Members of China Democracy Party were invited to the gathering. Mr. Wang, Jun, Chairman of China Democracy Party, Proprietor of China Democracy Journal spoke at the gathering and asked more people to know the truth and make the right choice. The Chinese people’s human rights cannot be protected until the human rights of Falungong members can be protected.
