Huang, Yanming, male, was born in May 14, 2011 in Guiyang City in Guizhou Province. 中国民主党成员黄燕明简历
黄燕明，男，1960年5月14日出生于贵州省贵阳市。1967年在贵阳市城西小学读书；1975年在贵阳市第8中学读书；1977年进入贵州胶鞋厂工作；1989年在贵阳职工大学美术专业学习；1994年贵阳市云海装钸公司，任经理（法人）。
黄燕明从1986年关注中国自由、民主、法治宪政与人权进步，这一个，与朋友们筹组“贵阳市青年联谊会”；1987年，与陈友财、杜和平……等成立非政府组织贵阳沙龙联谊会，任常务理事（该沙龙在1989年六四期间因游行、示威被打成“非法组织”）；1989年6月，学潮开始后，参与了贵阳市职工大学、贵州财经学院、贵州教育学院三校联合声援北京游行示威；1994年6月，与陈西、廖双元、徐国庆、曾宁、卢勇祥等人组建“中国民主党贵州分部”。
1995年6月4日下午19点45分，黄燕明与卢勇祥在北京天安门广场抛撒中国民主党贵州分部“致中共中央公开信”。信中提出中共必须放弃一党专制，主动进行政治体制改变，在解开“报禁”、“党禁”、平反“六四冤案”的基础上召开各党派参与的“圆桌会议”。
被捕关押期间，黄燕明受到贵阳市公安局第一看守所警察的酷刑虐待。1996年，黄燕明被贵阳市中级法院以“反革命宣传煽动罪” 判处有期徒刑三年，“参与反革命集团罪”判处有期徒刑三年，两罪六年（合并执行5年）。在贵阳省第一监狱服刑。
2000年6月5日出狱后，黄燕明没有工作，失去原单位住房，没有了经济来源。在极端困难和政府的强力压制之下，黄燕明与他的朋友们仍然不改追求自由、民主、人权、法治宪政的初衷，矢志不渝地推展普世人权价值观和开展维权活动，先后在“民主论坛”、“观察”、“民主中国”、“议报”“博讯”等网站上发表近百篇政论、史论、经论及各种评论文章。在维权活动中，与朋友们举办几十期“文化讲坛”，与人权捍卫者连续开展了六届“贵州人权研讨会”。
