Chen, Xiaochang(陈晓昶)’s brief biography
In 1965, ChenXiaoChang was born in Ningxia Hui autonomous region of Yinchuan.
On June 4, 1989, participated in the movement of Beijing peace, the capital accounts 520 workers since the league, organizers proctor work members.
Because in 1990 he took active part in counter-revolutionary group, and was sentenced to two years, also was dismissed by Yinchuan tractor factory
In 1998 because the China Democracy Party and Chinese human rights watch activities, he was confiscated and warrant for many times
In 2007 established the tabloid of“holy love”and was forced to shut down.
In 2008 cosigned “08 charter”
In November 2010, because of spreading “08charter”, Chen,Xiaochang’s two hand notebook computer were inspected by policemen in Yinchuan.

陈晓昶小传
1965年，陈晓昶出生于宁夏回族自治区银川市。
1989年6.4参加过北京和平抗暴运动，首都520工人纠察队组织者，工自联成员。
1990年因积极参加反革命集团罪判刑两年，并被所在银川拖拉机配件厂除名。
1998年因中国民主党组党和中国人权观察活动被多次抄家和拘传。
2007年创办《圣之爱》小报被迫停刊。
2008年因连署《08宪章》。
2010年11月，因传播《08宪章》陈晓昶的两台2手笔记本电脑被银川警方查抄。
