Qin, Yongmin(秦永敏)’s brief biography
Qin, Yongmin was born in Hankou in 1953.
Qin, Yongmin was sent to Jianghan Plain in 1970, because of writing books and gaining the first volume of Chinese and foreign classics he was arrested for the first time.
In 1976, he went back to the city and worked in Wuhan Iron and Steel Group
In 1978, he promoted the movements of democratic wall in Wuhan and established Apr 5 academy.
In 1979, he founded the magazine of “Ring”.
In 1981, he was sentenced of eight years because of the file of “81•9”
In 1993, he drafted and promoted the movement of “Peace Charter” and then he was reeducated through labor for two years.
In 1997, he began to found the inspection of human rights in China after Deng, Xiaoping’s death.
In 1998, he attended to impacting the party and was sentenced of twelve years as one of the three main founders of CDP.
In 1999, he was nominated by Nobel Peace Prize.
In 2002, he denied the sent from China to USA.
In 2010, he went out of the prison and remained the inspection of human rights and democratic movements at once.
