Seminar of “Congratulations on Libya’s democracy”
In the afternoon of Oct 25, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00, the seminar of “Congratulations on Libya’s democracy” held by propaganda department of CDP, China Democracy Journal and China Democracy Forum was held in the editorial office of China Democracy Journal. The holders of seminar invited veteran cadre Mr. Shan, Jie from medical management department in China, Miss Li, Sihong retired engineer from domestic electric unit, representative of Korean Mr. Jin, Zhushan, representative of abroad students Mr. Zhang, Yong and Chinese tour guide in NY Mr. Sun, Ning to make speeches on the seminar. Chairman of China Democracy party and proprietor of China Democracy Journal Mr. Wang, Jun held the seminar and more than sixty personages from all walks participated in the seminar actively.
On Oct 20, 2011, ex-dictator of Libya Gaddafi was shoot dead and interim government of Libya declared on Oct 23, 2011 that Libya was released from Gaddafi’s autocracy for 42 years. Thousands of Libya people participated in the declaring ceremony in Benghazi happily.
There were only five million people in Libya and in the 42 years of Gaddafi’s autocracy, Gaddafi’s family occupied the natural source of petroleum, minerals and so on in the country, so all the benefit in Libya fell into the private pocket of Gaddafi’s family. Gaddafi declared he was the leader of Libya and firm revolutionary in Libya. But he was the dictator of embezzling national resource and property of Libya and forceful ruling Libya people. Today, Libya people stand to overthrow Gaddafi because they can’t bear it any longer and they can’t exist under Gaddafi’s suppression.

Speakers attending the seminar think absolute power will lead to absolute corruption and false revolution will hide criminal corruption. Gaddafi’s impudence proved to the world again of dictator’s impudence and ugly. Heaven can’t stand Gaddafi’s autocracy and the world will not be peaceful until autocracy’s death.
Participants think “people’s holding power of state” has been approved by most countries in the world and become the general value of human beings. In China, with the biggest population and advanced economics, CCP dictators, disapproving “people’s holding power”should not acknowledge it only on the blob. We want to tell CCP government should accept the value of “people’s holding power” and not establish the state based on people’s obedience and so-called support in present civilized world.
Today of Gaddafi’s autocratic government will be tomorrow of violent dictators. If only comply with historical trend, respond Chinese people’s willing and carry out political reform, realize multi-party democratic constitutional system and realize check and balance and democratic election, power will be established based on people’s election and authorization.
