Mr. Zhang, Lin and his wife Fang, Cao protested in front of Bengbu government in Anhui
The China Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin was born on Jun 2, 1963 in Bengbu, Anhui Province. In September, 1979, he studied at Tsinghua University and participated in democratic movements in the university. In 1986 he gave up his job and engaged in professional democratic movements in Anhui, Hainan, and Yunnan. In June, 1989, Zhang, Lin was sentenced two years because he organized and lead democratic movements in north Anhui and published large amounts of speeches. In May, 1994, he was sentenced three years of reeducation through labor since he engaged in democratic movements. In May, 1994, as he participated in and prepared for “Union of guaranteeing rights and interests of labors” and other democratic movements, he was sent back to Anhui and reeducated through three-year labor. After released in September, 1997, Zhang, Lin achieved a visa and came to America.
Zhang, Lin thinks that he should go back China to carry out democratic movement, therefore, Zhang, Lin went back to China in October 1998, later was arrested by the Chinese government and was sentence to prison for 3 years. On August 12 2009 Zhang,Lin was released from prison for the fourth time.
Zhang,Lin and his family were threatened and harassed, because Zhang, Lin joined China Democracy Party. His whole family live in a fear life under the Chinese Communist Party.
In the morning of July 19, 2013, Chinese Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin was arrested by the Bengbu authorities under a charge of "suspected to disturb the social public order crime" and was put in criminal detention in Bengbu city’s first detention center.
In December 18, 2013, China Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin appeared in court in Bengbu city Anhui Province. The Chinese communist government charged him with "organizing a mob to disturb the public order". Those human rights activists wanted to testify in the court for Mr. Zhang, Lin were forced out of the court. The diplomats from three countries who wanted to hear this case also were kept out of the court. The court started at 8:30am and ended at 3:00pm. The court would announce the sentence in another date.
Chinese Democracy Party member Zhang, Lin now is still in the custody of Chinese Communist Government.
On September 3rd,2014, Mr. Zhang, Lin was once again sentenced three years and six months in prison by Bemgbu court in the name of “ mob to disturb the public order.”
中国民主党人张林先生
中国民主党人张林先生是安徽蚌埠人，生于1963年6月2日。1979年9月入清华大学读书，参加校园民主运动，1986年辞去工作，在安徽、海南、云南等地从事专业民主运动。1989年6月，张林组织领导皖北地区民主运动和发表大量演讲被判刑2年。1994年5月，张林从事民运活动被劳教3年。1994年5月：因为在北京参与筹办“劳动者权利保障同盟”及其他民运活动，被送回安徽省处劳动教养3年。1997年9月释放后，年底获得签证来到美国。
张林认为自己应该在中国国内开展民主运动，于是，张林在1998年10月闯关返回中国，被中共政府抓捕后判处劳动教养3年。2009年8月12日张林第四次释放出狱。
张林因参加中国民主党，他及家人一直受到中共政府的威胁和骚扰！全家人生活在来自中共政府的恐惧中。
2013年7月19日上午，中国民主党人张林先生被蚌埠当局以“涉嫌聚众扰乱社会公共场所秩序罪”刑事拘留，羁押在蚌埠市第一看守所。
2013年12月18日，中国民主党人张林先生，在安徽省蚌埠市被迫出庭受审。 被中共政府控告涉嫌“聚众扰乱公共场所秩序”。要求为张林先生出庭作证的维权人士，也遭到中共警方的驱赶。希望旁听的三国外交官也被拒之法庭门外。当天早8点30分开庭，下午3点结束时，法庭宣布择日宣判。
中国民主党人张林现在被中共政府关押中。
2014年9月3日，张林先生被蚌埠法院以“聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪”，再度判刑三年六个月。 |
