At 5:00-8:00PM of February 25, 2012, New York community’s famous leader, and Democratic representative of 22 precincts of New York State, Ms. Martha, held a grand birthday party. New York community’s political, economic, cultural, business and religious celebrities and minority representatives, together with Ms. Martha’s friends, around more than 40 persons, attended Ms. Martha’s birthday party. The Chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor of <China Democracy Journal>, Wang, Jun joined the party at Ms. Martha’s invitation. The minister of Organization, Mr. Jin, Zhushan led some of the China Democracy Party members to attend Ms. Martha’s birthday party, reporters from China Democracy Party covered this party.
Ms. Martha has long been a New York community leader, and been committed to public welfare establishments, also the director of New York Community Prevention Alternatives; she organized and attended the research of “the project of family crisis prevention and anti-abduct”; she has achieved a lot in the area of how to confront with and handle with family crisis, how to prevent family crisis and anti-abduct. Furthermore, she is devoted to the research of how to eliminate any kind of genocide and international human trafficking. In order to award Ms. Martha’s efforts and accomplishments in these fields of preventing family violence and cracking down human trafficking. In April, 2011, the House representative of New York State, Ms. Meng, Zhaowen, issued the certificate of government award, on behalf of the House speaker, to the director of <Community Family anti-crime organization>.
Ms. Martha has long been a warm-hearted community leader. She is always a servant of all community members, and helped a lot of members when they were in trouble. She has made persistent efforts to be able to communicate with different ethnics and different beliefs, and let community members could understand each other better. Therefore, Ms. Martha received wide support during her 2010 campaign for New York senate. For years, the Chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor Wang, Jun is a firm supporter of Ms. Martha. Ms. Martha and Mr. Wang, Jun have cooperated with each other for a long time on the subject of understanding, caring about and handling community problems, and they have become good friends. In December, 2010, in the town hall of the Queens area, Mr. Wang, Jun, as a famous Chinese democracy activist, received an outstanding community leader reward from Gu, Yaming, city Senate on behalf of the Council speaker.
All friends extended their warm congratulations to Ms. Martha for her accomplishment, and wish her a good health and a long life. Seeing that so many people came to her birthday party, some of them are familiar and some are not, Ms. Martha was very happy; she excitedly clink glasses with all friends, and sang the birthday song with her friends; she also delivered her speech about the birthday party, and shared her birthday cake.
