The Seminar of Commemorating the 23rd Anniversary of 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre
--demanding the Chinese Communist government to commit the crime, be responsible and severely punish the murderers
From 2pm to 4pm on June 5, 2012, China Democracy Party, China Democracy Journal, China Democracy Forum and other organizations and groups jointly held the seminar of Commemorating the 23rd Anniversary of 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre in the office of China Democracy Party. The chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor of China Democracy Journal Mr. Wang, Jun was in charge of the seminar. About fifty righteous people from the whole United States participated in it.
The Tiananmen Square Massacre had past 23 years. On that year, the Chinese Communist government ordered the heavily armed Chinese troops move into Beijing Tiananmen Square, shooting the students and citizens who petitioned the government to oppose and punish corruption. This was the 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre which shocked the whole world. The participants thought that the main point of this event was army massacred people; this also meant that Chinese army was Chinese Communist Party’s private army, was the army only for Chinese Communist Party. Today, we held this seminar to commemorate 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre. Our purpose was to wake up people to face this history. As the national government, nation and the ruling party, they had to have the courage to face this period of history. That year, the Chinese Communist government commanded the army, using tanks and guns to kill the unarmed civilians. But the Chinese Communist government not only claimed to be not guilty, and not punished the murders, but also tried to evade this bloody incident, using all kinds of reasons to get rid of the responsibility. They even used unreasonable excuses to claim that the Tiananmen Square Massacre was something had no alternative.
Many people experienced 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre in Beijing. It was a lie that the Chinese Communist government said that the army did not shoot people and nobody died. Several participants in today’s seminar said that they saw the People’s Liberation Army troops and tanks move into Beijing, move into Tiananmen Square; they saw the soldiers open fire. The former Navy lieutenant commander, current Chairman of China Democracy Party and Proprietor of China Democracy Journal Mr. Wang, Jun said that he was in the Chinese Communist army for 18 years, and knew the management style of army very well. The Chinese Communist organizations even penetrated to the base of the army; the Chinese Communist Party was totally in control of the army. So it was not a happenstance that the Chinese army massacred thousands civilians in the 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre.
Wang, Jun pointed in the seminar that over 23 years, many Chinese people had already forgotten the huge trauma of Tiananmen Square Massacre brought to the country and people. Every time before the time of Tiananmen Square Massacre, people seldom would mention this tragedy. Today, the luxurious modern life stimulates Chinese people toward corruption. The cowardly Chinese people have already totally forgotten the Tiananmen Square Massacre. The Chinese society under the leadership of Chinese Communist government is entering a vicious circle. This is the tragedy of China that does not have democracy and freedom, human rights and rule of law.
