中国民主党人刘本琦先生因言获罪
（参与2012年7月19日讯）今天，也就是刘本琦被拘留的次日（2012.7.19），其妻刘英接到了青海格尔木公安局的“201232211”号《刑事拘留通知书》。
该通知书指刘本琦“以造谣、诽谤或者其他方式煽动颠覆国家政权和社会主义制度”，为此予以刑事拘留，现羁押于格尔木公安局看守所。
刘本琦是湖北黄冈人，在青海省格尔木市保安公司工作，近年来热心网络活动，呼唤民主自由，发表了大量抨击专制腐败的激烈言论，但仅此而已，没有任何其他行为。
为此，近来湖北、甘肃、青海三地公安一直在对他“做工作”，他则态度强硬，“不思悔改”，一再声言“我警告你们不要警告我刘本琦”，故因此遭遇言祸。
目前，北京律师丁家喜已经介入此案，刘本琦妻刘英已经将《刑事拘留通知书》的扫描件传给了这位律师。
