March 26th, 2013 11am, China Democracy Party members held a rally of "strong protest against the persecution of Chinese Democrats Zhang and his family!", "Strongly protest Chinese Communist government persecution Democrats, human rights activists and dissidents!" China Democracy chairman and <<China Democracy Journal>>proprietor Mr. Jun Wang attended today’s rally and also gave a speech.
China Democracy Party member Mr. Zhang, Lin was born on June 2nd 1963 in Bengbu city, Anhui province in China. He was enrolled in Tsinghua University on Sep. 1979, and he participated in democratic movement on campus. From year of 1986, Mr. Zhang, Lin engaged democratic movement in Anhui, Hainan, Yunnan Province and so on. On June 1989, Mr. Zhang, Lin organized democratic movement in Anhui, he was arrested and sentenced 2 years by China Communist government. After released from prison, Zhang continued to engage in pro-democracy movement. On May 1994, he participated in pro-democracy activities in Beijing, and he was arrested and sent back to Anhui Province labor camp for three years. In September 1997, Mr. Zhang, Lin was released and came to the United States. A year later, in October 1998, Zhang checkpoints returning in the democracy movement, and he was arrest the third time and sentenced to three years of reeducation through labor. On Aug. 12th, 2009, be the CPC held for five years of "inciting subversion of state power" Zhang released from prison, he suffered the fourth jail.

February 27th, 2013 at 10am CPC Hefei police cheated Mr. Zhang, Lin to Hefei Amber police station to do the temporary residence permit. Then the Amber police station limited his personal freedom, and seized his phone and keys.

The Chinese communist government did not stop the Democrats Zhang, Lin and his family＇s persecution, February 27, 2013, at 10 am, CPC Hefei police cheated Zhang to Hefei Amber police station to do the temporary residence permit, and then the Amber police station limited his personal freedom, and seized his phone and carry keys. Zhang immediately declared CPC police restricting his personal freedom without producing his evidence suspects is illegal! Zhang also explained to the Chinese police, he wants to pick up his 10 years daughter Anne after school. However, the CPC police rejected his request, and police unlawful searched Zhang, Lin’s house without his and the original owner’s agreement and relevant legal procedures. The police also seized living cost 3900 RMB of Zhang, Lin’s family. Around 15:30pm the same day, Amber police station police without Zhang, Lin’s permission forcely brought his daughter from Hefei Amber elementary school to the police station detained for three and a half hours without food, in this three-and-a-half hours children over fear can not express what happened after back home. The CCP police violated and abused the human rights, which has left a shadow to little Zhang, Anne and caused serious bodily and mental harm on her.
Mr. Wang Jun, chairman of the China Democracy Party and proprietor of <<China Democracy Journal>> delivered a speech at the rally, he said, not long ago CCP held the Eighteen Conference in Beijing, for the rule of law, the newly elected Chairman of Chinese Communist Party Xi, Jinping said: We should keep to govern the country with law, establish the government and society based on the rule of law, and lay the foundation to create a full implementation of the rule of law. Facing Mr. Xi’s remarks, many people think that China could be out of the "rule of man" and toward to the road of the "rule of law". Recently, the Chinese Democrats Zhang, Lin and his daughter were kidnapped by Chinese police in Hefei and forcibly brought back to the domicile Bengbu, which let us know that it’s difficult to getting China on the road of the "rule of law". At here, we call on the Chinese Communist government to stop the persecution, and treat Mr. Zhang Lin and his family friendly. The same time, called on the members of the China Democracy Party with friends who concerned about Mr. Zhang, Lin and his families makes contributions to Mr. Zhang Lin.
