Miss Cao, Shunli is a low-key, introverted , pragmatic person. Though her ability in organizing human rights activity is very strong, she is very modest in front of the media.
She gave up good paying job, and become an activist.
Graduating in Master of Law in Beijing University, Miss Cao, Shunli is very professional in law areas. She worked in the People's Republic of China Ministry of Labor and Personnel, and has great experience in statistics. In the process if accusing government of their corruption and abusing power, she was good at using real examples. Therefore, she offended many Chinese central government officials, lost her job and was forced to go to labor camp two times.

However, she could not accept this. So she is one of the seldom who is putting in labor camp and jail from government. Her personal rights have been fully violated.
Among all the human rights activists in China, there are many people who can call on one or two hundreds people for a very short time to participate in some collective event.
