Statement:
In this wrongful judgment, the government not only sentence Mr. Cheng Shuqing with harsh punishment, they also framed friends of Cheng Shuqing, accusing Wang Rongqing, Wang Fuhua, Gao Haibing, Ren WeiRen, Yang JianMin, Lai Jinbiao, Lu Gengsong, Qi HuiMin, Wang DongHai, Dan ChengFeng, Chi JianWei as the prosecution "witness." The Communist Party judiciary system can serve anyone with summon notes as prosecution “witness”. In Chi JianWei’s case, we also became the so-called witness. In Yan Zhengxue, Xu Wanping, Yang Tianshui and other cases, you can find many of the CCP judiciary imposed "witnesses". This practice is unacceptable. We accept the subpoenas, in order to prove Cheng Shuqing, Chi Jianwei innocence, rather than "evidence" proving they are guilty. Why the verdict did not mention our proof of his innocence? Authorities this approach clearly wanted to frame us as injustice, this is shameless impudent hooligan’s act. Defendant: Chen ShuQing, male, born on Sep. 26, 1965, Han Ethnic, from FuYang, ZheJiang Province, Master Degree, Uneployed, reside at Hang Zhou Gong Shu Qu DaGuanYuan DongJiuYuan Bldg 22 Unit 1 Room 601, was detained on Sep. 14, 2006 on criminal charges of involvement subverting the government. He was arrested on Oct. 17th, and is now in custody at HangZhou detention center.

People＇s Procuratorate of Hang Zhou, Zhejiang Province accused defendant Chen Shuqing with HangJianXingSu[2007]491 accusation claim, charging Chen ShuQing with “crime of subverting the government” at this court on July 2, 2007. A panel of the Court in accordance with the law, on July 17, 2007 held public hearing for a trial. Procurator assigned by Hang Zhou People’s procuratorate ZheJiang province Mao JianZhong and Wan Lei presented at the proceedings. Defendant Chen Shuqing and Counsel Li JianQiang presented at the proceedings. The trial is now finished.
People＇s Procuratorate Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province charges: defendant Chen Shuqing actively participate illegal organization “CDP preparatory committee” activities, and also publish articles <Defend whose sovereignty>, <Man is humiliated when he humiliated himself> on behalf of “CDP ZheJiang Preparatory Committee” on the illegal publications.
From Mar. 2005 till now, Chen Shuqing visited overseas websites “Boxun”, “Dajiyuan”, “China forum”, “Yibao”, “Duowei news” etc. through email or posts, Chen posted on behalf of “CDP preparatory committee” articles: <Xu WangPing should be freed>, <A anti human Nazism judgment against the law >, <Defend whose sovereignty>, <Only democratic society can achieve the requirement of rule by law>, <Guo QiZhen subvert the government? Or the government has turned sour>, <CDP member’s analysis on Chinese ancient Confucianism>, <GuiZhou BiJie “Night Wolf” Accident, what CCP want to prove to the society> and numerous articles signed with his name.(To be continued) |
