LI, GUOHONG: In Custody for 15days
CHEN, QITANG: House Searched and Property Confiscated

It is reported by Mr. Zhang, Qi, a member of “Pan-Blue-Union”, that human right activist Li, Guohong has been held by Police Department, Zhongyuan Oil Field and is in custody for 15 days. The reason for that is interfering with the law and order. What happened is that Li, Guohong went to the Zhongyuan Oil Field (located in Poyang, Henan) to inquire about the collective lawsuit to be filed in Beijing, launched by some used-to-be employees of the company. Before that some employees were in custody by the Police Department. This morning, when Li, Guohong went there for more information about the lawsuit, he was held immediately by the Police department. Around 8:00 pm in the evening, he was sentenced to be in custody for 15 days.
Based on the information provided by Chen, Liying from Sansan Village, Nanhai, Guangdong, Human right activist in Guandong Chen, Qitang’s house was searched and his property was confiscated this morning after being in custody.
