CDPWU hold the rally “Democratic Election is Necessary Way for Realization of Democratic China!”
On 11p.m. of March 25, 2008, near 100 hundreds of CDPWU members attend the rally on China Consulate in New York “Congratulations on Taiwan Democratic Election!”and “Democratic Election is Necessary Way for Realization of Democratic China!”. Jun Wang, chairman of CDPWU attend the rally and address. Many CDPWU members address on the rally, too.
On March 22, 2008, Yingjiu Ma is elected the president of Taiwan. We can know from the election that Taiwanese hope that government is uncorrupt, Taiwan economy is flourishing, polity is peaceful without fighting, races are harmonious, and Taiwan and China mainland keep peace no war. The peaceful election shows that democracy in Taiwan is more mature and Taiwanese are more confident to democratic development.
Mr. Yingjiu Ma express the election victory is not Mr. Xiao and he private victory, not Guomin Party victory. This is all of Taiwanese victory. The most important is people finish the fourth president election of Taiwan. This means that the democratic polity makes a progress again.

Jun Wang, chairman of CDPWU, address that China constitution ordains Chinese citizen has election freedom. But common citizen just only has freedom to vote on basic delegates. Vote for government leaders and nation president, Chinese people have to struggle for many years to realize. Recent years China government repeats a theory that China has its own condition, Chinese people’ education are low, it is not fit to election. Is Chinese education lower than that of other countries? No. This is China government’s deceive to refuse democratic election.
Jun Wang say China government should not ignore people’s desire for democratic election. We must realize the democratic polity reform to make every Chinese people’s political right develop, make Chinese people have real democratic election right. Democratic election is necessary way for realization of democratic China. If China realizes democracy, there will not be 6.4 Slaughter or government will not repress Tibetan by guns and tanks.
