CDPWU Hold Rally to Demand Chinese Army must be Nationalized
At 11:00 on August 5, 2008, more than 100 CDPWU members come to China Consulate General in New York prior to the assembly, asked Chinese army must be nationalized, at the same time, in 2008 the opening of the Beijing Olympics, the Chinese communists fulfill requirements in the Olympic Games to improve its human rights commitments. CDPWU Chairman Jun Wang gives a speech on today rally.
In China's Constitution, China's armed forces belong to the people. CCP has tried to make people believe that the nature of the military is the people's army, the leadership of the army is the people's army; China's armed forces do not belong to any political party, but belongs to the people. CCP is behalf of the people to demand the military; equated the CCP and the people. CCP's theory is the people control armed forces; in fact, CCP control the country by party. The PLA is the tool of CCP to repress people.

Chairman Jun Wang at a meeting at the president delivered a speech, he said, today's Chinese army is CCP private armed groups and the Chinese government is an accomplice of the oppressed people; June 1989, the Chinese military with machine guns and tanks brutally suppress people and students who pursuit democracy and freedom; March 2008,CCP once again using the military to suppress the pursuit of freedom and human rights of the Tibetan people; just the past three months, the CCP organized armed forces against a protest in Weng'an, killing people who safeguard their rights. Facts show that Chinese military is using the taxpayers’ money, but it is the bully and mutilation of the taxpayers!
Jun Wang pointed out that Chinese army has no reason to maintain the autocratic power of CCP as a tool. It should be subject to the procedures set out by the people elected in accordance with the law of national institutions. CCP should detach with Chinese army, Chinese army belongs to the country and the people. This is an important condition whether China can become a democratic country. The army should be national security and defense role and a neutral force in entire state machinery. Therefore, CCP must make a wise choice: return the army to the country and the people!
Jun Wang also called for that Chinese solders, it is not necessary for you to be loyal to the CCP, you should be loyal to country; you can’t use the guns in your hands to aim at people, not to oppose people; thoroughly abandon CCP, be courageous to stand on the side of the people! Your just action will go down in history!
