There can’t be justness in China under one-party autocracy
I will analyze Jia Yang’s case from building up democratic system. We firstly feel Jia Yang’s case is our Chinese sadness, and is China’s sadness, and also is Chinese police’s sadness, and is CCP’s sadness. Why? If Chinese government is a responsible government, Jia Yang’s tragedy will not happen. If China’s courts have justice on cases, Jia Yang’s tragedy will not also happen. But why does Jia Yang’s tragedy happen?
Jia Yang’s case should be not serious. He is Beijing person and went to Shanghai travelling, and then he borrowed a bike. The police said there was some problem on this bike which was stolen. Then they argued. Police have power and they beat his. Attackers have not been punished, so Jia Yang wanted to have a justice. In fact what Jia Wang wanted is law justice. But can is there law justice? CCP’s one-party autocracy decides that there can’t be law justice or law independent.
Experiences prove police are so crude to common people
A bike caused so big incident. I want to tell my own experience. When I was an army officer, I wore PLA sea army white clothes and cap and was very smart. I came to hometown to visit my families. You can’t speak normal or justice words, or you can’t express your own opinions.
I contradict the police, the police are very vicious. They came in and wanted to capture me. I have to warn police, I would say that I am a military reporter, I did not break the law here, I just made a rationale, I just need to break the law of military tribunals to try me, you do not have the qualifications I tried.
