民主中国才能杜绝杨佳悲剧
所以杨佳事件的发生，我认为是中国的悲哀。那么这个事情引发了我很多想法，那天晚上我一夜没睡，我想了很多有关杨佳的东西，后来我写了一首诗，非常的长，也非常深刻。那么杨佳母亲的失踪，说明中国政府连老百姓的生命都保障不了，无能和失职，当然这里很蹊跷，有很多鬼名堂。
假如一个人失踪了，你警察局，北京的警察局、上海的警察局，何况杨母还有线索，是去上海为儿子找律师来辩护，来做一些准备工作的，有线索，你警察不去查，到最后不了了之，到现在杨母是什么情况无人知晓，政府也不闻不问，这种政府，保障不了老百姓的生命。这种政府有用吗？没有用的。
另外就是杨佳事件不是一个孤立的事件，是中共长年专制飞扬跋扈欺压百姓，把杨佳式的民众推向了对立面，所以才造成杨佳开庭那天，庭外的民众喊口号。这个口号不是针对杨佳一个人喊的，而是长年受到中共欺压，发自内心的反抗的口号。所以这个在中国如果这么下去的话，事情会越来越糟糕。中共政府应该要悬崖勒马。
中共审判走形式结果内定
另外，杨佳的一审是秘密的没有公开。这个是中国司法界的悲哀，杨佳不是什么机要人物应该公开审理。这种秘密审里说明中共发虚、有鬼，不然没有必要秘密审理的。我曾经参加过一次1989年以后中国全面打压参与六四事件的小法庭，当时共产党抓了四个年轻军官，这四个军官其实没有做什么事，他们只是写了一份报告叫中国各阶层未来的发展动向和目前的状况的一个报告。
然后他们几个年轻人，到了周末，到沙子口的小饭店，来讨论国家未来的发展方向，关心国家做为自己的一个任务。本来很简单的一件事情，但在89年镇压民主运动之后，把他们打成反革命，在北海舰队一个小会议室进行审判。当时的律师是原北海舰队航空兵检察院院长，叫司福善，他在当年中国号称是为人民的好律师，正义的好律师，我作为军队的记者，参与了这一次会。
四个年轻人，当时在法庭上跟法官辩解，他认为他是真正的马克思主义，法官辩不过他，在中间我问了这个司福善律师，我说：“你认为这个案子最后会怎么样？” 司福善告诉我上头，就是中央，包括军委早有指示，多少年怎么判法都定了。这只是做过样子。可是杨佳连样子都没有，谁看到杨佳审理的情况呢？
民主中国下才能有司法公正
另外，很多人讲了很多什么叫民主，什么叫运动，讲了半天云山雾罩，很多人不明白，民主真正的涵义是什么。其实道理很简单，我们人所生活的社会需要一个有人权保障、自由保障、尊严保障，还有一个生活保障，也就是说有一个幸福生活的环境。那么作为政府来讲的话呢，就要保障每一个人的权益，获得保障。所以我们说，在中国首先要结束中共的一党专制，建立民主中国。只有在民主中国制度下，才能够得得到司法独立、司法公正，才能媒体开放，有了媒体开放，才能够实现社会监督。
假如中国的政府是民主政府，杨佳式的悲剧就不会发生。假如中国政府是一个民主政府，我相信中国的警察也不会肆无忌惮的欺压自己的兄弟姊妹。假如说民主政府，有任何社会问题可以通过法庭来接纳、来审理、来解决、来申冤。
中共来日无多 建议给自己留后路
有一点我要提醒中共的官员，因为中国是一定会实现民主的，只是用什么形式、什么时候而已。但是现在看这个时间会提前，为什么呢？因为中国的维权抗暴运动，全国各地从小规模到大规模，从平时讲几句话，到性质发生明显的变化，这个维权抗暴，共产党是看到这一点的。所以我建议中共要为自己留一条受司法公正审判的后路。道理很简单，假如将来共产党下台了，新的政府上台了，假如新的政府也像共产党一样号召用暴力来镇压共产党的这些作孽者的话，你共产党能接受吗？
就像文化大革命，共产党一声令下把很多的知识分子，以前所谓的老干部、吐唾沫，戴高帽、挂牌子、扒衣服、扒皮，进行羞辱、殴打，最后致死，共产党的这些官员，愿意接受人民这样的审判吗？我相信肯定也不愿意。所以，实现中国的司法公正，不光是对整个中国的发展有好处，对中国人民有好处，就是对共产党将来接受人们审判也是有好处的。
另外我建议共产党，还是早一点放下屠刀，把这个政权交给未来政府、民主政府，因为社会自然规律就是向前发展，社会跟生命一样，他也有生命的周期，你不可能在舞台上掌握永久的权力。我们讲最早的建国时间是唐朝，以前北宋朝大概三百多年，唐朝将近是两百多年，你共产党今年是六十年，苏联是七十多年，这就是有生命的啊。
所以共产党在生命完结之前，还是放下屠刀，做一点人性化的事情，不要太过头，太过头将来接受人们审判的时候是很难堪的，所以我在这里提倡就是全中国人民要为社会的发展和社会的进步来行使自己的权利，另外要从自身做起，竖立一个良好的社会形象，使这个社会在文明环境当中得到发展、得到壮大，使我们的中国将来尽早的建设民主。
