In recent years, many Chinese mainland democrats give suggestion to Jun Wang, chairman of China Democracy Party World Union and Proprietor of China Democracy Journal, that make 2009 year as year of rescuing Chinese political persecuted victims, and make democrats, dissidents, human rights defenders, Fulun Gong members, Christians and other political persecuted victims. Jun Wang, chairman of China Democracy Party World Union and Proprietor of China Democracy Journal, says on rally that CCP government has ever promised to improve Chinese human rights situation before 2008 Beijing Olympics. Beijing Olympics has been closed for several months. CCP government continues to persecute democrats, dissidents and human rights defenders. Common people have no basic human rights, law is just a tool by which CCP control people. Rule of man replaces rule of law.
Jun Wang says recently CCP government makes new persecuting human rights cases, for example, return complained people and press human rights supporters. A government firstly should respect human rights, and can protect human rights. Respecting human rights accords with human beings’ common benefits, obeys historical trend of world democracy developing. Voice of Chinese people opposing political persecution is higher and higher. This shows that Chinese people’s protecting human rights consciousness is waking up. Chinese people should have human rights and freedom like people in democratic countries.
Jun Wang says CDPWU and China Democracy Journal actively respond to look 2009-yeaer as spreading year for Chinese political persecution victims, and hosts and launches this work. We overseas democratic organization and individuals participate in this signification thing, and make political persecution victims suffering from CCP have freedom early.
