Video: The establishment of “Chinese Tibetan Friendship Society” in New York
At 2:00 p.m. on 8th March, 2009, “Chinese Tibetan Friendship Society” was established in <China Democracy Journal> in Flushing, New York. The principal of Buddhist Academy in New York Tibetan Buddhist Thupten Thokmey, Tibetan painter Tsering Phuntsok, Vice President of New York and New Jersey Tibetan Association Phurbu Dorjee, Vice President of Four Rivers and Six Ranges Chedenl Adetsang, Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union Jun Wang, Vice President of China Freedom and Democracy Party Kexue Zheng, North American President of Democratic Chinese Line Yan Sun attended the meeting. Jun Wang also read a support letter to Dalai Lama to express his wish of unity of Han and Tibetan and protesting against violence together.
