At 4:00 pm on April 12, 2010, about 120 members of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union held a large rally before US Congress in Washington DC. The rally is named “Eliminate CCP’s One-party Dictatorship! Establish a Democratic China!” Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, publisher of “China Democracy Journal” Mr.Jun Wang made an important speech in the rally.
USA is a federal country which is composed of a presidential political system. Three powers balance and restrict each other. This is a multi-party rule democracy political system. The nation applies power distribution and balance. Legislation, administration and jurisdiction are distributed into hands of the Congress, President and Court. The three departments restrict each other when implement their power, so that the power can be balanced. The US Congress has the legislation. The president can overrule the bills passed by president. Congress also has the right to overturn the president. The president can appoint senior officials but it has to be acknowledged by the Congress. All officials are elected by the people.

Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, publisher of “China Democracy Journal” Mr.Jun Wang said in the rally, CCP has long promoted the idea of establishing a legal order and ruling the nation by laws. As a matter of fact, in all these years, the society of China doesn’t really implement the so-called “Ruling Nation by Laws”. China’s constitution still stays on the paper. CCP officials are corruptive as always. Besides, they have the privilege out of the laws. The officials oppress and persecute the people, infringing Chinese people’s human rights severely. We hold the rally “Eliminate CCP’s One-party Dictatorship! Establish a Democratic China!” here today. It’s meaningful. The legal system in China must assimilate this in USA. The system should become independent. China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union appeal US Congress and the international community to pay more attention on the democracy political reform happening inside China. The three power balance system of USA is a good model for China. A future democratic China can also have a congress. The congress representatives are elected by all people. The government and officials are elected by people as well.
