At 11 AM on August 3, 2010, nearly 200 members of the Chinese Democracy Party and the China Democracy party World Union went to the Chinese Consulate General in New York to hold a rally for “The Chinese Army Must Be Nationalized——Strongly Protest The CCP Government Uses Army to Repress The Public!”The former Chinese Navy Major, now chairman of the Chinese Democracy Party, the China Democracy party World Union and proprietor of the China Democracy Journal, Mr. Jun Wang attended today's rally and made a presentation. In addition, some members of the CDP also made a speech in the rally.
Owned by the State, the army does not belong to any political party and keeps its state of political neutrality all the time, which embodies whether a nation's social system is democratic or not. In China's current Constitution, the armed force belongs to the public. The CCP authority also tries to make the Chinese public believe that the Chinese army is the army of the people. The CCP is representing the public to lead the army. The CCP’s command of the army is equal to the command of the people. The CCP makes itself equal to people. The CCP switches the concepts in order to deceive the Chinese public.
The CCP autocratic regime has ruled China for more than 60 years because it is firmly in control of the army. The CCP infiltrates its organization fully to the Chinese army in every corner in the name that party leads gun. In this situation, the Chinese army is under the absolute control of the Chinese Communist Party. The CCP rules the country and controls the army by itself, making the Chinese army a method only for protecting the benefits of the party. The Chinese army does not belong to the country, but to the CCP alone, which controls and leads the army. For so many years, the Chinese army has been reduced to the CCP government’s accomplice in persecution and repression on the Chinese people, and a method for suppressing the Chinese public.

Chairman of the Chinese Democracy Party and the Chairman of the China Democracy party World Union, and proprietor of the China Democracy Journal made a speech in the rally. He said that the CCP government has ruled China with a monopoly of all powers, particularly the military command. The Chinese army is a violent force to maintain the CCP’s one-party tyranny, which is the biggest obstacle to put an end to the CCP’s despotism and realize multi-party democratic constitutional system.
Mr. Wang, Jun notes that the army should defend the national security, the people's lives and property, remain politically neutral, and does not participate in any political power struggle. A democratic China needs a national army. Whether the Chinese army could embark on the road of nationalization is related to China's future and destiny. Although the CCP authority tries its best to resist it publicly, from all indications, the Chinese army is in the embryonic stage of nationalization. Chinese troops will leave the CCP authority’s control and stop being the CCP’s tool to maiming the Chinese public any longer. It is not far away for the Chinese army to really become the State’s army and the Chinese people's armed forces.
Wang, Jun said that the Chinese Democracy Party and the China Democracy party World Union has always advocated the nationalization of the Chinese army, strongly urges the Chinese Communist regime follows historical trend to abandon absolute control of the army, and return the Chinese army back to people. Let the Chinese army obey orders from the State institutions elected by the public democratically, which is a prerequisite to guarantee the establishment of a truly harmonious society in China.
Some members of the Chinese Democracy Party made a speech in the rally, calling for the nationalization of the Chinese army and strongly protested against the Communist authority’s utilization of troops to suppress the people!
