Since China’s reformation and opening, the whole nation exerts lots of effort on constructing economy. It follows that the environment problem becomes more and more prominent: the environment pollution worsens one year after another in China. In recent years, Chinese government has had a wrong conception: as long as the economy can be developed, the environment pollution won’t be a big issue. Because of the government’s ignorance of environmental problem, although the economy is progressing promptly, all kinds of resource consumption is continuously ascending, gas waste and dust contaminate the air and liquid waste contaminate ponds, rivers as well as seas.

In recent years, the environmental pollution has affected the general public’s health; all sorts of epidemic worsen day after day. The global society and environmental protection organizations become rather concerned about the environment changes in China area. The experts believe that Chinese government’s insufficiency over environment protection is due to the lack of an integral law of environmental protection. Chinese government must recognize the significance of environment pollution, so that they will accelerate the legislation work of environment protection, being dedicated to the environment protection.
