Chuanghua Guo: China must abolish the policy of “planned producing” ASAP

The policy of “planned producing” had been brought out by Chinese government for 30 years. The government forced this policy during the process of executing, and actually, this demonstrates some characteristics of autocratic violence. The policy of “planned producing” is conflict to the natural law, and it has generated a series of severe consequences in recent years: the unbalance of population proportion, the worsening of age formation, the derangement of population gender proportion caused by gender discrimination, the aging problem of the population. Moreover, the physical and psychological health problem of “single Child” has become a burden to Chinese society’s development.

The “planned producing” policy creates a condition for local government to expand power. The governmental authorities utilize this policy to control the civilians further, exhausting the money and properties of tax-payers greatly and providing convenience for officials’ corruption. The “planned producing” policy is a public persecution to human rights and a ruthless trample to lives. The “planned producing” policy can no longer be practiced! It doesn’t matter viewing from which angle, the “planned producing” is maltreatment to humanity and human rights and it must be abolished as soon as possible.
