Baoying Xing: Protecting human rights must first integrate the law
The freedom of Chinese populace is severely interfered by the CCP government. During the several previous political movements, none of them was without violating the general public’s freedom on a wide scale, causing many individuals being tortured mentally and physically and some of them were persecuted to death. Today, although a portion of these mishandled cases have been redressed, they don’t get any compensation.
Chinese government claims that it is a government serving for the public dedicatedly; however, the power of the government is not being supervised by the public and confined by the law. China’s Constitution mentions that citizens’freedom can’t be violated, but the clauses in the Constitution are inadequate and lacking measures to implement. China’s law itself is not perfect, and even such imperfect law don’t get respected. Trampling of the law can be seen everywhere, Causing Chinese people’human rights have never been guaranteed.
In the event “June Fourth” in 1989, the CCP government employed the military to practice martial violence to its civilians and students, causing a great deal of deaths and injuries. Up to today, those victims are still being accused falsely. The “June Fourth” incident proves China government’s severe trample to the human rights.
