BaoYing Xing: Punishing and regulating corruption must find a way out from the system
For CCP to have resolution to punish corruption strictly, they must first look for the true cause. Don’t always look for some so-called objective cause, saying that corruption is the inevitable by-product of reformation and opening, or that along the process of developing the economy, the phenomenon of corruption will occur unavoidably, and so on. These reasons lack not only the ground, but also mislead the general public of China.
Corruption is the inevitable product of autocracy system. Autocracy system enables the governmental officials having absolute power, and the absolute power will certainly produce absolute corruption. The phenomenon of corruption occurred in China won’t change by the will of some people. Since the CCP’ autocracy wrested the ruling power of China, corruption has been spreading on the land of China like a plaque, and has reached to the extent that it can’t be remedied. China’s corruption phenomenon has been deemed the most severe one in the world publicly. How to punish and regulate the corruption, how to prevent corruption, China government must find a way out from the system.
