It’s difficult for Chinese people to understand two concepts: one is “Common Wealth” and the other is “Allows Some People to Get Rich”. These two concepts contradict each other. What people focus is the difference between rich and poor and allocation problem. The poor have placed extra emphasis on the “Common” rather than “Wealth”. Any society has had the income differential and gap of wealth. If the disparity results from accordance with the law and order, pro-democracy and exchange of free under the market order, we can firmly believe that it is fair and equal. This notes that the crux of the problem resting in the formation of the gap is fair or not. The key to solve the problem is to change the fairness and autocratic system of injustice and to realize democracy, freedom, human rights and the rule of law of the regime.
