Lixia Qin: Respecting human rights should depend on democratic self-government system

Some members of world union have proposed the proposal concerning Chinese human rights for a couple of times, indicating that situations of Chinese human rights doesn’t work very well. Chinese human rights don’t improve as Chinese government said. They’ve required that world union punish Chinese government concerning the Chinese human rights. This truth indicates that Chinese human rights haven’t improved, even happened violations of human rights events, for example persecution of persons appealing for the help, continuing monitoring dissidents, human rights defenders, religious persons and members of CDP.

On the one hand, only Chinese government respects human rights and then they can protect human rights. As a government, improving human rights only focuses on the action. The fundamental premise to improve the human right is to give up violation and to stop persecution. Only on the basis of these, Chinese government can build up an environment respecting human rights.

On the other hand, in order to change Chinese to a democracy country and possess its own liberty and human rights, Chinese government should improve the system of stopping persecution of human rights and realize democracy liberty.
