Different rights defender groups have leaded to the conflicts between officials and people. The fundamental reason is the lame reform leading to the severe retention. The political ideas and crisis processing mode of Chinese government still follow the mode of the authoritarian regime and it doesn’t change at all. Chinese society connives because of emancipate political power, and different hierarchies abused power to exploit people. Municipal administrative dare to push around the citizens and armed policemen dare to shoot the rights defenders.

Presently, as long as CCP government has the conflict with officials, it immediately pointed at people. Especially when citizens have conflict with the police, it is definitely the citizen’s fault. As a matter of fact, these people become the criminal. Even you do be reasonable, you will become unreasonable. What logic it is? Chinese official Medias frequently write the effect to the cause and often forget about things happening before. They get used to the autocratic language to point at people and therefore they can get rid of it. What is the true criminal? Chinese law system doesn’t think this problem, does it?
