Democracy is considered a kind of system, indicating that people participate and monitoring the rights. Democratic system has experienced the grope in the human beings’ development during the long run and built up a reasonable system. This system can guarantee people’s participation of public affairs. In the mean time, it also specifies the authorities’ limitation and makes the authorities monitor and block one person or one group of people.

Today’s Chinese society is one-party autocracy and decided by the minority of CCP. Common people don’t have basic human rights and liberal talk, not to mention participation of the country administration. If China implements the reform of democratic system, the primary thing to do is to guarantee the human rights and liberal talk.
