Guihong Zhan: Rule-by men society is hard to restrict corrupt

To most Chinese people, corruptive problem is a heavy topic. Under the process of Chinese reform, it appears the phenomena of government officials’corrupt. Chinese government adopts the anti-corrupt policy, but officials corrupt haven’t been restricted. We can’t ignore the fact that corrupt hasn’t changed, with the official’s youth, although officials have continued to change young. As a matter of fact, some young officials have been much more corruptive and greedy.

The corrupt problem of Chinese government has been one of the most concentrated problems of social problems. Chinese government has continued to improve new anti-corrupt policy, set up new organization, build up new law and try to restrict the trends of corrupt. The effect of anti-corrupt has been much more severe. Because Chinese society hasn’t realized democracy, belonging to the rule-by-men, it is hard to investigate the anti-corruptive case. Hence we can’t restrict corrupt.
