Yong Hou: the Characteristics of CCP autocracy is rule-by-men, not rule-by-law

CCP autocracy has predominated for a couple of decades, and the characteristics of CCP autocracy is rule-by-men, not rule-by-law. In these recent years, China has implemented the storm of rule-by-men. All the problems solved by the Chinese society have been decided and all the cases handled by the government officials. It is a typical phenomenon that CCP autocracy has deterred human rights too such a tremendous extent.

“Officials group handling cases” has concluded cases. It is not only the huge irony, but also the absurd events in Chinese social development.

Today’s Chinese society, one note from CCP officials, or one phone call can handle things, regardless of law. Officials’ action can exceed law and where is the justice? Where is the law-by-system? Rule-by-men of CCP government has thoroughly denied the Chinese law system, and fundamentally violated the belief of rule-by-law.
