From the later period of the 1970’s last century, China has experienced a cruel “Birth Control Movement”. Chinese government has implemented the birth control plan for 30 years. This policy is filled with violence when the policy is carrying out and the abortion is the major character of the birth control plan. Birth control policy has not only ruined women’s psychological well-being, but also violated the nature of the birth. In recent years, it has produced a serial of serious side effects: gender disproportionality, age structure deterioration and etc. From now on, birth control policy has been the declared persecution to the human rights and the brutal ravage to the life.

Chinese government officials have taken advantage of this policy to heavily consume tax-payers’ money, ruined human rights and opened a door to the corruption. From whatever prospective, it is a sort of ruin to citizen’s human rights. Chinese people are looking forward to not carrying out the birth control policy and are longing for the humanity, freedom and human rights. They are full of hope towards the future.
