Changzhong Lin: Why Chinese corruption can avoid law punishment

Corruptive problems have been much more serious in China and almost hard to protect, when facing the corruptive phenomenon. The government has nothing to do, because China has such big problem as the corruptive problems. Under the autocratic system, corruption has been the frequent problem in people’s daily life. Corruptive problems often happened in the powerful government officials and they often avoid the punishment by law. Government has nothing to do and different kinds of methods still can’t change the corruptive problems.

Before we have corruptive system and after we have corruptive officials. That’s why Chinese law has nothing to do with the origin of the corruptive problem. For today’s China, corruption has become a particular life style for people and it has increased the violation of political and society corruption. If China wants to eliminate corruption, it should change the current autocratic system and realize democratic system.
