The corruption of Chinese society has gradually spread to every field and high-level officials. Some corruptive officials not only abuse power for personal gains, but also act as they wish. Some people take advantage of power at hand to steal property of government and people. They take advantage of privilege instead of law and replace privilege for law. They also take advantage of privilege to produce unjust and wrong cases, to indulgently oppress common people and to deprive people’s freedom of speech rights.

Under the corruptive and autocratic governing society, power and money are everything. Law is just a piece of worthless paper. Serious corruptive phenomenon has continuously flowed. Today, different social problems caused by corruption have increased and they are also threatening to build up the harmonious society in a long time. The corruptive power of CCP is extremely strong, also stubborn. If no special policies, it is difficult to conquer corruption.

Anti-corruption should seek both temporary and permanent solutions, and currently it is crucial to formulate anti-corrupt policies and take special actions to specify the origin of corruption. China gradually builds up a democratic and liberal system and builds up a forecasting democratic political system
