In Chinese society, it is difficult to implement to respect and protect human rights. In some area, a number of causalities happened frequently. After the accidents, what the government and responsible institutions initially think is concealing and covering the causalities rather than rescuing people and investigating causalities. It is difficult to express and uphold people’s benefits. People are oppressed by officials, and ultimately this becomes the conflicts between officials and people or between police and people.

When a number of judicial officials enforcing laws in all aspects, they adopt confession by torture. Injustice judicature becomes a typical social phenomenon. In hospitals of big cities, a good number of Aids suffers are in distress and hopefully the government can help them, and petitioners and reporters will be forcefully imprisoned and sent to the mental disease hospitals.

It indicates that it is a difficult task for Chinese government to protect and improve human rights. It is the incumbent responsibility for Chinese government to defend people’s human rights.
