Jinji Li: Chinese family plan policy has violated the natural law

Chinese family plan policy has violated human beings’ right to childbearing, however under the implementation of family plan policy, what resulted seriously violated human rights, and Chinese Constitution, which includes “China should respect and guarantee human rights”, making family plan policy and laws contradict each other.

Serious Chinese family plan policy has deterred people’s human rights. Forceful abortion has killed people’s willing to childbearing. Chinese society is developing towards civilized and flourished direction. People can’t accept this kind of cost of seriously violating human rights and forcefully defer the birth. Family plan policy has violated from the destruction of democracy China.

Chinese population problem is well balanced. We should only obey the nature, freedom and human rights rule to realize the birth control plan policy. Fundamentally speaking, it will do the harm to Chinese social development and involve endless trouble. Birth control is natural law and can’t be schemed by our country, and can’t be considered a long term goal policy
