Hong Gu: Independence of Judicature is the essential condition to prevent corruption

In order to cover its officials and let them avoid the law punishment, CCP government has invented non-restriction by law, so called “double-designation”. In the scheduled time and place, the officials will receive the investigation of organization. The internal organizations of CCP adopted so called “double-designation” to its corrupt officials. As a matter of fact, it is the shield to the internal corrupt officials and let them avoid the serious law punishment.

Due to the dependence of judicature, corrupt officials’ punishment can’t be obtained evidence, investigated or examined according to law. Instead, they use so called “double designation” to handle them. This anti-corruption is typical rule-by-man.

CCP government should recognize the hazard of corrupt problems, give up the so called “double-designation”, and punish with law from the common civil servants to advanced officials. Gradually the whole society open up news media and let corrupt cases exposed. Independence of judicature is the essential condition to prevent corruption. Only independence of judicature can truly handle officials corrupt problems.
